We are not our bra size.
Nor are you the width of your waist.
Nor are you the slenderness of your calves
You are not your hair color, your skin color, or a shade of lipstick
Your shoe size doesn't define you
Your eye color is of no consequence
You are not defined by the amount of attention you get from males, females, or any combination where in.
You are not the number of sit ups you can do,
Nor are you the number of calories in a day.
You are not your mustache,
You are not the hair on your legs.
You are no little blue dress.
You are no mixture of these things.
Never trust a mirror.
It reflects as skin deep as we see.
It makes you think that all your worth can be visioned from the outside.
It does not show the smile that only friends see on your lips,
Nor does it capture the flutter of your eyes.
It does not show you when your only being you,
It only shows as much as our worlds, our demons, do.
For you are more!
And if you think this piece of looking glass dictates your worth, its time you look within.
Because you are more and for this we know you will win.
You are the content of your character.
You are the ambitions that you drive.
You are the goals that you set,
And the things that you laugh at,
You are the thoughts that you think,
You are beautiful.
Not for the scale of 10,
But for the soul within you that holds your true meaning.
You are beautiful.
Not for the shape of the vessel
But for the volume of the soul it carries.
And again I say unto you three words which you mustn't forget:
You are beautiful.
