Once upon a time there was a girl. She had a lovely life, great parents a little sister, a good education and quite a close group of friends. Little did she know that this lovely life was not meant for her...
I know this story started off as a fairy-tale, but it certainly is not. The morals of this story are: adapting to a whole new life, and the fact that your family and friends maybe even acquaintances play a big role in your life.So the girl, her name is Sammie, she has just reached the age of sixteen, and is becoming a lovely woman as it is. She goes to school every day like any other good girl would do. After school she makes her homework or hangs out with her friends or her boyfriend. Though she makes sure she's home in time for dinner, unless she would eat somewhere else, though wither her parents' consent of course. And finally around 10 p.m., she makes sure to be in bed, with the lights turned off.
Sammie's P.O.V.
This day started like all the others. My alarm started blaring some strange song, that was on the radio at that moment. I got out of bed and got ready for school. I chose my clothes yesterday, to spare me the trouble of doing it in the morning. Even though it's the same style as pretty much every other day; plain jeans and a shirt with a cardigan. I always put a minimum amount of makeup on, just to look presentable (which means mascara and a little concealer).
I pick up my bag and walk out of my bedroom and down the stairs. I leave my schoolbag at the bottom of the stairs and walk towards the kitchen. The rest of my family was already there. My mom was sitting at the table with my little sister, and my dad was just about to leave. He works all the time, but he makes sure he's back home for dinner.
I grabbed some breakfast for myself and prepared my lunch before I went to join mum and Julia (my little sister). After eating breakfast my sister went to school, for some reason she always goes extra early. Me and my mum sat down in front of the tv and watched a few brides-to-be pick their dresses in 'say yes to the dress'. After that I had to leave for school and mum had to go to her work.
We took our bikes out of the garage and took off. My mum always complains about how fat I ride my bike, because she can barely keep up with me. After a while we separate. When I get to school I put my bike away and walk inside. I hang up my coat and walk to my locker to put the books I don't need yet in it. After I did that I walk towards the cafeteria, where my friends are waiting.
We talk for a little until it's time to get to our classes. I've got Spanish first. Savannah is in this class too so luckily I'm not alone. We walk to the classroom and take a seat, after a while miss Rodriguez walks in and says "Buenos días chicos" then she starts the computer and logs on.
After a long lesson full of "el gerundio" and a lot of other Spanish words, I have a free period. I once again go to my locker, and then to the cafeteria where I met up with some friends who also have this free period. We talked for a while and showed each other some funny pictures that we found, but then we had to get to our next period. Which for me meant math. I don't hate math but I don't particularly like it either. I'm in a small class with a really nice teacher, and that makes this period a lot better.
After math came history and then Spanish again. This time we had to write a letter (in Spanish of course). When the bell rung I could finally enjoy my free afternoon, besides all my homework of course. I walked to my locker to grab my books and then to where I left my coat this morning. After grabbing my bike I started to leave, as well as a lot of other students. But we got all held up by some people, I've never seen before, at the gate. They were quickly scanning through everyone that is coming towards the gate. The woman sees me, and smiles excitedly. She walks to one of the men close to her. After she told him something, they start to come closer to me.

Hello everybody, I know I haven't finished my first story yet, but i couldn't get this story out of my head, so i thought why don't I publish it. I will try to update more frequently on both stories, but this school year is really really important, so that's what I have been focusing on.
I hope you'll all like this story, let me know what you think!
