Lyra nudged Clary to wake her up, she was in a hurry it seemed like.
"Why are you in a rush?" Said Clary
"No time to explain get up and get ready, this maybe a long journey!"
" Where are we going I need to get home, my parents will be so worried!i've been gone all night ! What if they are looking for me?"
"Don't worry we'll get you home, but for now you need to come with us. Trust me you will be safe!" Answered Lyra
Clary and Lyra walked out into the main room. All the wolves of the pack were there! Lined up,there was 50 wolves all together. A big black wolf at the front and Grey standing beside him.Grey must be the beta and the other one was the alpha!
"Lyra take care of Clary, don't ever leave her alone." Grey spoke
"Jump on my back!" Demanded Lyra but in a gentle voice
Clary did watch she was told
"Right everyone, let's go, we have no time to waste!" Shouted the alpha
Then everyone was off, even Lyra, they were running so fast that everything Clary saw was blurry. Everyone was still in a group making sure they didn't run in to each other.In the distance there was gunshots.
"What's going on" Clary said holding on to Lyra
"Hunters" she spoke gasping
They ran and ran till Clary was even tired just watching them. Until they came to a holt until they got to a big fat tree.One by one each of them went through a little gap in the bottom of the tree, big enough for them to get in.
"You need to go through there, I'm right behind you." Lyra said
Clary slid under in total confusion,having no clue what was going on!Everyone was inside safely,as Clary looked around the place like she had just entered a new world.
"Everyone, you are safe , no need to worry! No one will find us here.Now all just settle down. I will be with you later on!" Said the alpha firmly
And everyone then settled down and no one spoke a word
