Chapter Fifteen

Dylans pov.
I rushed to hunters side and paniced when I couldn't feel his heart beat I don't know if it was because I didn't look in the right spot or what. But I called for an ambulance and threw my sobs I told them his address and begged them to hurry. Alright sir we will be there in five minutes tops. I hung up the phone and sat by hunter. Please hunter don't leave me I said crying into his chest. When the ambulance arrived hey strapped him to a gurney. They luckly let me ride with them since I was the only one there.

At the hospital I sat in the waiting room. For any type of news what's so ever on what was happening. I called hunters parents and let them know that we were at the hospital and what had happened. They walked threw the doors hunters mom in tears completely worried about him. I was to but I reached my limit to the point where I can't even cry anymore. I feel like this is all my fault. If it wasn't for me hunter wouldn't be in the hospital.
My thoughts were cut off by the sound of the doctor asking for the parents of hunter. All three of us jumped up in unison. That's us they said is he ok? He will be fine but he's in a coma right now. We don't know if he lost any of his memory yet. But once he wakes up we will see then. But he's sleeping right now. I couldn't help it anymore u had to ask can I please see him? No not now the doctor said. The parents go first you can come visit tomorrow. But I need to see him now please!!!! I said no you can leave by yourself or I can call security to help you. Fine I'm leaving I walked out and realized I don't have anywhere to go. Because there's no way I can go back to hunters right now. That would just be to much for me to handle. I powered on my phone and called the only person I could think of. Hey Dylan what you need I herd her voice on the other side of the phone. Um is there anyway you can come pick me up? I really need a friend right now. Yeah of course where are you. I'm at the hospital what happened she asked sounding paniced. I'll explain when u get here ok be there in a few. Thank you Justice. Anything for my best friend bye. Bye and with that I hung up.

Justice has been my best friend since well forever. We have pretty much grown up together. Are parents are really good friends. Shes only a couple months older than me. But I don't know what I'd do without her. It's kinda like hunter and Hailey. At the thought of hunter I could feel my eyes watering. But was able to stop it just as fast. Justice pulled up right in front of the hospital and I hopped into her car. Alright explain what's going on she demanded. She's always been like that but I'm not any better if anything worse. On the ride to her house I explained everything from me and hunter starting to date to what happened with my parents then finally how hunter ended up in the hospital. I told her how I can't help feeling it's all my fault and maybe he's better off without me. Are you kinding I'll kill you if you leave him. But.. No buts! From what I've herd you both love each other more than anything. I'll be damned if u just throw that all away because of this one accident. It wasn't your fault don't be so hard on yourself. Fine can we just go be lazy at your place I don't feel like doing much right now. I understand we can watch magic Mike XXl if u want she said. Definitely I said starting to feel a little better. Plus I have ice cream and popcorn and sprite. Can't wait I said smiling at her knowing she's trying her best to make me feel better.

When we got to her place I changed into a pair of sweats that I left at her house. I always leave spear close there just in case. Then we got the ice cream and she started to make the popcorn while I put the movie in. Throughout the movie me and her debated over which one of the guys were hottest. Near the end I started to drift off to sleep knowing justice already passed out. As I started to fall asleep I thought about hunter. And felt a tear roll down my cheek before everything went black.
