Chapter 20 - Then-1.

*Ring* *Ring* *Ring*

I woke up at the sound of my phone ringing. I reached for it and answered the call not bothering to look at the name of the caller.

"Rise and shine my sweetie" tge caller says and I smiled recognizing the voice. "Goodmorning cupcake" I said sitting up. "Why cupcake? I'm not a girl" Harry says from the other line and I know he's smiling his beautiful smile. "It's because you're cute" I say now grinning widely.

"Really Ally? Cute?" he says sounding amused but a bit annoyed at the same time. "Yes! Cute! You know, I like cute guys better" I say now giggling. "Oh Ally, I really am cute, now aren't I?" he says proudly. I just giggled at his cuteness.

"By the way, come down to the kitchen, I cooked breakfast for you" he says. "Really? Oh wait, you've been there?" I asks him. "Yeah, I went to see you but you're still asleep so instead, I cooked you breakfast" he says. "You should've wake me up" I say. "I don't want to disturb you" he says and that made me smile. "You're sweet, sweet like a cupcake" I says teasing him a bit smiling. "I know! So I'll hang up now, I love you!" he says. "I love you" I say before he hung up.

I went to the kitchen and looked for the breakfast Harry cooked for me. I spotted a plate of delicious-looking steak and a mashed potato on top of the kitchen counter. It looks really yummy. I grabbed the plate of food and started eating it happily.

I patted my stomach after the tasty breakfast. I grabbed the plates and walked to the dishwasher when I felt something on the back of the plate. I turned it around and saw a post-it note on the back of the plate.

'good morning babe :) I hope I satisfied your stomach with the food I cooked for you. They say, a way to a woman's heart is through her stomach so I cooked you food. Oh, and I'll be there around 2 pm. Wait for me okay? Take care, I love you! -Harry xxx'

The note read and a smile formed on my face. I looked up at the wall clock and see that it's 10:30 in the morning. I still have four and a half hours to get ready.

I walked back to my bedroom where my bathroom is and turn the shower on. Waiting for it to heat up, I started stripping out of my pj's and went inside the shower. The warm water helps to relax my muscles.

I grabbed the towel at the cabinet and wrap it over my body. I went to my closet and picked the clothes I'm gonna wear for today. I grabbed my ombre shorts and a white loose tank top. I put on my outfit and paired it with my brown sandals.

I put natural make-up and put my hair in a high messy ponytail. I checked the time and saw I still have 30 minutes. Wow, I took that long to get ready? Oh well..

To kill time, I decided to watch tv. Just then, I heard a knock on the door. I opened it to see a smiling Harry. "Hey there love" he says smiling cheekily. "I though you'd be here 2? It's still 1:30 you know?" I said giggling. "Well, I got too excited to see you" he says still grinning.

"By the way, I'm here to take you out on a date at the park" he says. "Oh that's why. Are we going now?" I asked. "Yes" he says nodding. "Okay, let me just grabbed my purse and we're out" I said grabbing my purse from the couch and went outside with Harry.

We reached the park and the sight was nice. Children playing, mothers chatting and some animals near the lake.

"Let's go babe" Harry whispered in my ear putting a hand on my lower back. We walked up near to a big tree and just now I realized Harry was holding a picnic basket and a blanket. He set the blanket on the ground and put the basket on top of it. He sat down and he patted the side next to him signaling me to sit down. I sat down and a comfortable silence fell between us. I rested my head on his shoulder and he put an arm around me. I felt safe.

Then I saw an old couple sitting on a bench with the lady's head on his shoulder and the man's arm around her shoulder keeping her close. "Now I believe" I say out of the blue causing Harry to turn his head to me. "Believe in what?" he asks confused. "In happily ever after" I answered him. "What makes you change your mind?" he asks curiously. "Look!" I say pointing to the old couple. "Oh" he says nodding his head.

We chatted more and ate. We were laughing and playing around. Then I saw an ice cream cart on the other side of the road. "Wait here" I say to Harry heading to the ice cream cart. "Where are you going?" he asks grabbing my wrist. "There" I say pointing to the cart. "Oh, you want ice cream? I'm gonna go get us. Wait here" he says heading to the other side of the road where the cart.

He turns around holding two cones of ice cream. I ran to him. "Ally! Watch out!" he suddenly shouts and I turn on my right and a big truck was coming my way. Then I turn back around to see Harry running to me and pushes me out of the way. Instead of me, it was Harry who was hit by the truck. He was hurt because ha saved me. It's my fault.

I ran to him crying and knelt down on his side. His eyes were open a bit and he looked at me. "I'm sorry" I say crying even more. "No, it's not your fault" he says caressing my cheek. "Of course it's my fault. You were hit because you saved me. It should be me lying there" I say. "Oh no, I can't handle seeing you suffering. I will give up my life just to see you alive because you know, you are my life" he says with a small smile and I pecked him on the lips. Then his hand left my cheek and his eyes were now closed.

"Somebody! Call the ambulance!" I shouted on a small crowd. There were also some paparrazzi snapping photos of Harry. "They're on their way" a man says and I thank him whoever he is. I turnef back to Harry. "They're coming Harry. Don't let go" I say still crying. Then I heard the loud siren of the ambulance.

I quickly step away to let them carry Harry. He put him inside the van and I followed going in the van and we headed to the hospital.
