Katie's POV:

I cannot believe It. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that in about 5 minutes I will be meeting my best friend for the first time. I don't even know E's full name, let alone what he looks like! I'm terrified that once he sees me he'll decide I'm not good enough for him, not pretty enough, not skinny enough, just not enough. All I want is to finally meet my E and get to know him better, I'm beyond excited, yet petrified and I truly cannot wait.

Ed's POV:

I've just reached Marmalade Cafe and I know K's already inside, I just have no clue what she looks like. I'm so glad the cafe K's chosen is small and hidden which makes it better for me as I don't need all the crazy fans around me today, today I just need K.

I push open the heavy orange door and step inside. There's a short girl standing at the counter ordering a drink and chatting away with the old women behind it. The girl's beautiful, with long, brown, wavy hair cascading down her back and bright green eyes. Freckles are scattered over the bridge of her nose and cheeks. She's wearing a long sleeved baggy grey jumper and black leggings with white converse. Is that K?

I slowly walk towards her and tap her on the shoulder. The girl turns to look at me and then she freezes. "K?" I ask, placing my hand on her shoulder.

"E? You're Ed Sheeran." She says, sounding extremely shocked.

"Yeah, sorry I didn't tell you, I wanted you to like me for me, not just because of my music."

"Holy shit"

K lets out a breathy laugh and shakes her head, " I cannot fucking believe it, It's actually you"
