Don't use a girl.
Don't say you love her when you don't. Don't weave her a golden blanket of lies for her to submerge herself into to protect her from the cold when you know you will only rip it from her in the midst of winter. Don't tell her she means something, that she is special when you have more than one 'special girl'.
Please don't tell her things when they aren't true but she is yearning for them to be just that.
