My Greek Goddess

hey guys! my second story :) ok go

"ARIANA LILY PERIWINKLE! GET YOUR BUT DOWN HERE NOW!" Yelled my mom, from the downstairs family room.

"I'm coming mom!" I yelled, finishing my long fishtail braid on my long brunette curls, leaving a couple curly inches out of the braid on the end. I quickly put on my flower print TOMS wedges, and ran down the spiral staircase.

"Whoa! Slow down, cupcake," my mom calls. She is so bipolar.

"Are we going to the tea room?" I say, excited for our girls day with Bri, (Briana Arabella Smith, my best friend ever), her mom and my mom. I should probably introduce myself. I'm Ariana, but everyone calls me Ari for short. My name is inspired by Greek mythology, well, I like to believe that, but my mom doesn't even know what Greek mythology is. I love thrilling acts, like wake boarding, surfing, sky diving, scuba diving, and ect. I also love dancing, gymnastics, and swimming. I actually met Bri on my first day of dance class, when I was 2 and a half. We also realized they were our new neighbors. We instantly bonded, as did our moms. My dad is absolutely oblivious. He was here until my brother came, 13 months after I came. I don't remember him, and my mom has no pictures of him. I always assumed that when he left, my mom got rid of all the pictures. My brother loves Bri's brother, who is the same age as him, and Bri is the same age as me. Bri's dad is around, and he's going to the beach with the boys, to go surf. The tea room is a place in Tampa, and its adorable! It's our monthly getaway from the boys. You go, order a pot of tea, and snacks, and they are delicious. We love it. I'm a freshman, and my brother, Zach, and Bri's brother, Max, (cliche names, right?) are in 8th grade. We all go to Baronite Magnet School, because we are super geniuses. Our school is middle school. and high school, and new students are allowed in 6th grade, so we all know each other really well. Cliques were divided first day, and stay about the same every year. Bri and I are in the surfer/dancer group, semi popular, and invited to a fair amount of parties. There are only 10 or so of us, so we are like super close.
