We worked our way through various crumbling stone tunnels, using pieces of stone as place markers along the way. After about half an hour of walking, we reached a dead end in all directions. There was something strange about though, the massive piles of stone looked like they had been put up as a last minute barricade or defense from something rather large. The man told me we would be good for exploring, for a while at least, and said we should head back and report what we had found.
Upon returning, I noticed that Matt was still sitting on the ground looking queasy. We decided to head back home, since the sun was starting to disappear behind the distant glaciers. On our way back, we stopped at the shops to pick up more food and other supplies. After the sun had set is when we finally got back to our Shelter, and we got ready to sleep for the next day.
