*Alix's P.O.V*
Alix stood up "Finally." she muttered to herself and walked up to the counter with the mean old lady "Here, I finished." I state. The old lady snatches the paper and mumbles under her breath.
"What was that?" I asked her tilting my head to the side. She gave an annoyed sigh.
"I said you may leave." she says and I nod grabbing Jason's hand and walking out of the school "God she's such a bitch." I state and Jason nods "Hey, you learn fast. Be careful, when you're talking to the principal, she'll turn the loud speaker on. Bad things happen when she does that." he states as the two walk back to the car, Jason driving again.
I look up at the sky seeing the sun was setting I gave a small smile. I always liked the night better, considering I have always loved the stars you can't really blame me.
"We can go back to your house now." Jason says. I give a smile "Finally, home." I state and he chuckles, pulling into the parking lot and we got out of the car, grabbing the groceries and walking inside and heading to my room. I open the door, and it's very dark. And then! Someone turns them on.
"Surprise!" many voices yell and a jump back, almost hitting the guy closes to me which would of been Markus.
"Damn it guys, you scared the hell outta me." he says sighing and I can hear Jason snickering behind me. I look around seeing a lot of my friends from when I lived here in Kansas.
"Thanks for scaring me by the way, totally a good start to talking to eachother." she jokes setting the groceries on the kitchen counter and putting them away.
Markus comes up behind her and grabs some of the items, like chips, dip, and other snack foods "They like food." he tells me and I chuckle.
"Who doesn't?" she asked pulling out the soda. "Thanks for this Markus, but why?" she asked.
"Because, you are finally back, and we missed you so party." he tells me and pulls me into the living room, making me talk to people.
I'll be honest, I didn't mind it. I did miss everyone.
"Who wants to play 7 minutes in heaven?" I hear Emily say, grabbing one of my hats and putting her keys in it. Dear god.
