Dad told me and Tyler to leave with Caroline and Matt. And we took his car. Out of now where I hear a noise. I looked at Tyler and he is hold his ears too. I blacked out and we crashed. I saw light enter my eyes. It made my yellow eyes come out but go back to my brown eyes. And I black out
3 days later
I woke up to being in the hospital. I looked to my left and saw Damon holding my hand but asleep. I look to my right to see Jeremy, Elena and Tyler. I poked Damon on the check and he let out a groan. I slapped the back of his head and he jolted up. I smiled.
Your awake. He said to me and I nodded yes.
Can I get some water. I asked and he said yeah and ran out of the room. I grabbed my extra pillow and throw it at Tyler. He woke up and saw me. He looked sad.
Mac, there's some bad news. He said to me and looked down. I looked at him confused.
It's dad Mac. He said and I shook my head no.
He was killed the night we crashed. And Caroline is in surgery. He said to me. I started to cry.
If I didn't leave he would still be here. I sobbed out and Tyler just hugged me.
Damon's pov
I went back to the room with a cup of water and I heard tyler tell her and she was crying. I walked in and she saw me with the water. I gave it to her and she drank it. Soon the doctor came in.
Hello MacKenzie. How are you feeling. He asked her.
I feel fine. How long have I been here. She asked him and he told her. And than she asked when can she leave. And he said in an hour and left the room.
Elena. she yelled to wake her up both Jeremy and Elena jolted up. And they saw her and ran and hugged her. Mac giggled.
Can I have the bag of clothes you brought. She asked and Elena gave her the bag and she zoomed to the bathroom. She came out after 1 minute.
Tyler when's the Memorial. She asked him and he said tomorrow and that all of your stuff it at his place and she said okay.
Is John still here? She asked Elena and she nodded yes. And she said okay.
Elena, after I get out I have to get the funeral ready or did you all ready get it ready. She asked Elena but I spoke up.
I got it all ready while you were in the coma. I said to her and she gave me a smile. She soon was let out and we took her to her dad's house.
Tyler's pov
We got home and I helped Mac get out and I told her that mom has been worried about you. She smiled about that. We got in side and she was tackled into a hug my mom.
Hi mom. She said and hugged her. Mom smiled when she said that.
I'm so glad your okay Mac. Mom said and I agreed.
I am too. Tyler told me what happened. If I had stayed I could have kept him alive mom. Mac said and mom just hugged her.
Mac I believe that you would be in the same position your dad was in. Mom said yeah me and Mac told her and dad about the gene before the crash happened.
Do you know who did this? Mac asked mom and she said John Gilbert.
Mac don't you even think about it. I said to her and she flashed an innocent smile
