Louis's P.O.V

I sip my iced caramel latte angrily as I await the arrival of my ex girlfriend. My leg jiggles anxiously as Eleanor walks into the Starbucks. She spots me and makes her way over. I can't help the small scowl that has etched into my forehead.

"Hi Lou!" She greets. Why the hell does she sound so perky?

"Eleanor." Is my greeting. It used to be just El. Nope, not anymore.

She sighs, "Lou, I-" I cut her off by holding up a hand.

"Please call me Louis." I say seriously. She searches my eyes for any form of joking, and when she finds none, the sparkle in her brown eyes dies a little.

She clears her throat and folds her hands together. "Okay then, Louis. I just.. I just don't want there to be any hard feelings between us, okay? We can still be friends, right?" She pleads.

I clench my teeth. "We dated for almost three years, Eleanor. And we were engaged for a year of that. And you broke up with me because suddenly you can't take the stress of dating someone famous. And you expect there to be no hard feelings? You expect us to go from being in love, at least, I was, to being friends? You're mental." I stare down at my coffee, embarrassed for going off on that rant.

Eleanor sighs. "I know it's hard for you.." She starts softly. Hard for me? Hell yeah it is. She broke my heart; tore it in two; stomped on it. Get the picture? "But I just thought it would be easier.." She trails off as my steely gaze meets hers.

"If you invited me here to suggest we be bestfriends forever, and go on shopping dates and shit, you've never been so wrong in your life." I spit, I shove my chair back and walk out, leaving Eleanor sitting there, speechless.

 Faith's P.O.V.

"Goodbye Faith!" My hip hop teacher, Ms. Spear calls, as I walk out of the studio. I turn and smile and wave, and continue my walk home. As I'm focused on my shoes, I collide with someone.

I grunt and fall back, landing on my rear quite painfully and ungraceful.

"Faith?" I hear a familiar voice ask. I look up to meet a pair of familiar blue eyes.

"Louis?" I question, as he helps me up. I brush myself off, "What are doing here?" I look into his eyes and see he looks slightly confused, and a little bit sad. "Louis?" I ask again, when he doesn't answer.

He shakes out of his haze and clears his throat. "Oh, I was uh, just going for a walk and kind of got lost.." He mumbles. My brow furrows. His house is on the other side of the city.

"Um, okay.. And you walked all this way from your house?" I ask.

He shifts his feet, not looking at me. "Not exactly.. I was, uh, getting coffee."

"At the Starbucks down the street?" I question.

Something changes in his eyes, but it's gone so quickly I can't identify it. "Actually yes. Are you headed home from class?" He asks.

I stumble a bit on the rapid change of subject. "Um, yeah. Are you okay?" I ask hesitantly.

He gives me a strained smile but his blue eyes soften. "I'm fine love. Are you okay? You fell pretty hard."

I nod, reassuring him. "Yes I'm alright." He seems to struggle with what to say next, so I guess I surprise him with my next words. "Would you like to come over? For tea or something?"

A genuine smile stretches across his face. "I would love too." We start walking in the direction towards my apartment building. I normally don't invite people over that I just met, but there is such a deep pain in Louis's eyes, I couldn't help myself.
