"Amanda and Brooke get up!" James yells.
James is my older brother and Brooke is my step sister. I also have a younger step brother and a younger sister. Luckily, I get to have my own room. Today is July 7th, my birthday. I am finally turning 16. I can't believe it at all that I get to my drivers test today to. It's 9am and my test is at 11am so I have some time to get ready. I have long blonde hair and blue eyes and I am skinny. I grab blue high waited shorts and I white v-neck top. I put my hair in a braid. Then I put on some foundation and mascara for my makeup.
"AHHHHHH! JAMES STOP PLEASE!!" Jocelyn yells.
Jocelyn is my little sister.
I look at clock and I see it's 10am. I go downstairs to my mom and step dad.
"Happy birthday sweetheart! Get ready for your drivers test!" My mom says.
My m takes me to my drivers test and of course I pass. My mom picks up everyone at the house and we all go to get frozen yogurt and go out to lunch to celebrate.
Since it my birthday you know I expected everything to be about me.
Of courses it was the exact opposite of being all about me. Everyone said good job and congrats but after that they just didn't care anymore.
