The school bell rang, and I happily ran to class. I mean I literally sprinted for my life. I heard Arien and Al call after me then fight of who should be the one calling. I opened the glass door of the school and ran to my orange locker. My locker number was 665. The locker next to me, 666, didn't exist. Apparently it was religious, and you know the public school system. No religious things in school although I can't say I really mind.
I got into my locker and pulled out today's books. Luckily the last bell had not rung yet so I wasn't tardy. I rushed to class with long strides, and I luckily made it before the last bell. I went straight to my seat, and some girl smiled brightly at me. She had bright blonde hair, and hunter green eyes. She had a tanner complexion than most people, so I assumed she probably went out and tanned. It wasn't natural looking. The gray walls looked much better than she did. She was too fake looking.
I guess you could say the day had passed me before I took any real notice. I was a little out of it. Ha, a little. I guess I should have been paying attention to that girl staring at me, or that guy that was staring at me. I was wondering about that pink head, and my answer. Arien said he'd be there for me, and I know I should believe him and all but I couldn't really put my head around it. Wait! Does Arien like me? Nah, he's probably straight. Yeah most likely. He probably wouldn't go for a freak like me anyways.
"Mr. Godwin, why don't you tell us what you're thinking about?" Mr. Jackarse asked.
"He probably wouldn't like me. I mean, he's straight and all. Most guys don't go after bisexuals like me. I mean, how weird would that be? Albus asked me out, and he seemed mad and all, but maybe it's because he thinks I'm strai-" I continued aloud not really realizing I was talking aloud.
"Mr. Godwin! Pay attention! Your social life comes later. School is now." He said as the last bell rang.
"Well I guess not anymore!" I said smiling.
Mr. Jacklind, or as I liked to call him Jackarse, smiled. He was pretty young actually. He was a literature teacher, and I was quite the poet. I loved to write. Not that anyone really knows. Because of Mr. Jacklind I was even able to find out my muse to writing, I loved to write. Not that anyone really knows that, but Mr. Jacklind does. Sometimes, I'm either so random I don't understand myself. Ah whatever.
"I need to talk to you Mr. Godwin. Stay after class." Mr. Jacklind said.
Dammit! That was the fourth time this week. It's not like I'm failing in here. It's more of I don't pay attention, and I get talked to about it. Always him, too! None of the other teachers have seemed to care! Ugh...
"Okay, sit down, Mr. Godwin." he said.
"Alright." I said sitting down.
"Excuse me, I think you have something in your eye." he said.
"Oh! Umm.. what is it?" I asked. That was random...
"Nope, it's just a sparkle." he said.
"What?? Oh you must mean my contacts. I get dry eyes a lot so I try to water up my eyes so the contacts aren't overly dry." I said.
"Oh yes that's what I was talking about." he said a little bummed out. I wonder why.
"Mr. Jacklind, my bus! Bye!" I said urgently. If I missed the bus again Veronica would kill me! I got up and ran to that golden bus.
"Hey, sexy. Thinking of me?" said Albus putting his arm around me. I went rigid. I hadn't got used to him doing this yet who would be after a day? My face burned, and I really hoped it didn't show.
"If I make you feel this way where your whole face is red, I think you should date me then." said Albus smoothly. Dammit! Stupid Face!
"You don't make me feel anything, but the obvious nervousness." I laughed. I knew I was lying, and he probably did too. He embarrassed me terribly. Ugh.. what a jerk.
