"Okay, I'm officially stuffed," Clint said walking through the door. 

"Oh would you shu-" Tony started. 

"Mr.Stark, you have an urgent message," JARVIS said suddenly. 

"Okay JARVIS, bring up the holoscreen," Tony said. 

The screen swung out, and everyone made a wall in front of me when Thanos popped up on the screen. 

"AVENGERS!" Thanos boomed, "YOU STOLE MY PROPERTY!"

"SHE IS NOT YOUR PROPERTY, THANOS!" Thor screamed moving in front, Loki right behind him. 

"She was to be my bride, and you all took her from my grasp," Thanos said. Then a smile spread across his face, "it's too bad she didn't make it."

He began laughing. I had enough, so I pushed my way through the crowd, "Who said I did not make it, Thanos?" I screamed. 

"My bride, how- how did you survive?" He asked. 

"I am a God Thanos, you must have forgotten," I retorted. 

"Well, I think I must pay a visit to Midgard to reclaim my bride," Thanos said happily. 

"I'm sorry, that's not going to happen," Steve said stepping up beside me. 

"Ah, the stupid Midgardian who tried to defeat me. And why won't that be happening?" Thanos said smirking. 

"Because, you are too weak," Steve said. 

Fear spread across Thanos's face, "Ho-I am not w-weak," he shakily said. 

"Yes, you are, because I took the liberty of making you weak myself, do you not remember the brawl we had, where you sliced my shoulder with that wretched knife of yours? You are weak Thanos," Steve said. 

"Well, even if I am weak, what are you going to do when I become stronger?" Thanos questioned. 

"Well, I was saving this for another time but," Steve started. He walked in front of me and grabbed my hand, "I love you, and I wanted to know, if you would marry me?" 

"NO! I FORBID IT, SHE IT TO BE MINE!" Thanos screamed. 

"Steve, of course!" I said. He pulled a ring out from his back pocket and slid it on my finger. 

He then picked me up and kissed me. Thanos was steaming, "When I get stronger, you Avengers will pay. She is mine," Thanos huffed. 

Steve put me down, "She WAS yours, Thanos, now she is mine," he kissed me again. 

Thanos huffed and cut off the chat. 

"Well, I guess the only thing to say now is, congratulations," Tony said slapping Steve on the back. 

I received many solemn looks, mainly from the Warriors Three and Clint, but I fixed them with a kiss on the cheek and a hug. I could tell Steve did not approve of that, but, I did it anyway. 

Thor and Loki took a walk with Steve to the balcony, and my being me I had to listen in.

"Steve, not only do I give you my blessing, but I thank you," Thor said. 

"For what," Steve questioned. 

"For being there for her, and standing up for her," Loki said. 

"I did what any man would do in the name of love," Steve said.

"Steve, no other man that I know would stand up to Thanos in the way that you just did," Loki said. 

"You have earned our utmost respect," Thor said.
