"Excuse me, I'm looking for my dog Pip," a teenage girl says while approaching me. "Um, I have no idea where your dog is. Sorry," I say and I walk away, "You shouldn't be having pets in school, y'know," I murmur, "I know you," the teenage girl says. *What a dork.* I mentally say to
myself.

"Kylie. You look like a dead doll," I say to Kylie, and she rolls her eyes as she's putting on mascara. "Well, I already put on waterproof mascara, so I can't take it off," Kylie says with a smirk, and I laugh, "So yesterday, this random girl was like "I know you." And I'm like "Dude, no you don't." And then she walked away," I say, "That sounds like a case of stalkerism," Kylie says, "What's stalkerism?" I ask, "Nothing, just some random word I made up," Kylie replies, and we laugh. "So what kind of mascara do you have?" I ask Kylie, "Chanel." She says and I gasp, "dude, that's expensive," I say and Kylie giggles, "I'm joking. It's Dior," and I decide to spritz some Justin Bieber perfume on my neck, "Kenzie and Kylie! Time for school!" Dad says and we groan and Kylie screams "FINE!" and I hear running upstairs, "Kylie. Don't you ever do that again. Go fix yourself quickly," My dad says and Kylie walks away when he's done lecturing her, "Dad, did you ever know who kidnapped me?" I ask dad, and he goes super pale and he says "Uh-um-err- I don't know," and I mentally say *Oh my god. I think my "dad" is a kidnapper.* and I run downstairs, and then I hear murmuring from my dad to Iris. "Iris. McKenzie might know about the secret," and Iris asks, "What secret?" and then dad says, "That we kidnapped her," and Iris gasps, "Oh my gosh, why would she know?" and Dad shrugs, "Well, she asked me about who kidnapped her, and I just said 'I don't know"." and I start crying. "McKenzie! What's wrong?" Dad asks, "DAD! YOU'RE PATHETIC, YOU KIDNAPPED ME!!! YOU PURPOSELY MADE MY MOTHER DIE FOR NO REASON AND YOU PROBABLY MADE THAT POLICE OFFICER GET LIFE AND DEATH SENTENCE! I HATE YOU AND IRIS SO MUCH RIGHT NOW!!!!" I scream at my dad and he stands there in disbelief. "Well. Go," he says and I am so tempted to punch his face. "You're not even my dad anymore. You're just some stranger to me. You're dead to me," I say and I slam the door and I run to school. "Dad. What's up with Kenzie?" Kylie asks when she gets downstairs. "I kidnapped her 8 years ago," he says and she starts crying, "But, why?" Kylie asks, "Because her mom took someone else for a love," he says and Kylie finally says, "You're such a little kid," and she goes to school.

When I get home, Dad is gone, but there are news reporters at my house. "MCKENZIE MACINTYRE! Why did your dad kidnap you?" One reporter asks and I shrug and I close the door. "Kylie. Everyone likes me now because I'm the 'kidnapped girl'." I say to Kylie and she gives me a long, big bear hug, "Its gonna be okay. I'll be there for you," Kylie says and I say, "Can you drive?" And Kylie nods, "Great, get me some McDonald's," I say and she laughs.
