After regaining warmth in my body temperature and changing into the clothes picked out for me, they surprisingly fit, I awkwardly make my way back out into the living area. I find him sitting there, deep in thought and staring at the mug of drink he holds between his hands. I walk, well more like waddle in this suit, over to where he is and take a seat across from him. He looks up, almost startled by my presence, had I been that quiet?

"I see the clothes fit and you're not shivering anymore." I nod slowly in response, unsure of what 'm supposed to say. He sighs deeply and furrows his eyebrows, choosing his words carefully. "Before, you asked what the, uh, water suit was." I nod again, agreeing because I had indeed asked such a thing. His brows remain furrowed and a frown present on his face. "You've never seen one before?" He looks back up studying my facial response to what he's asked. I simply shake my head, still confused. "Wow, okay..." He mumbles, standing up and beginning to pace the length of the room. He looks unsure, slightly scared, he doesn't know what to do. "What's your name?" He asks suddenly.

I clear my throat and look down out my lap. "Sabrina." I mumble quietly, I'd never liked my name and I doubt I ever will.

"Sabrina." He says the name, almost like he's tasting it, seeing how the word rolls off his tongue. "Sabrina, I'm Matt." I nod, acknowledging his statement. Matt, it suited him. "What's the date today?"

"What?" I snap my head up to look at him, what an odd question.

"Today, Sabrina. What's the date today?"

"It's the 24th of November, 2014." I say slowly, maybe he's the one that's gone crazy.

Next thing I know, he's kneeling in front of me gently reaching for my hands.

"Today is the 3rd of October, 2933." He says the words slowly, giving me time to process them and once I have and I jump back in fear, ripping my hands from his grip.

"2933? What do you mean its 2933? Where did those other 900 years go?!" He watches me carefully, trying not to do anything that would cause more panic.

"Sabrina, I don't know what happened to you but it's the year 2933 and those years you remember, they're long gone." He approaches me cautiously, trying to appear harmless and it works because I don't back away.

"What-What does this mean Matt?" I ask him frantically, eyes unable to stray from the expression on his face. He's clueless and frightened, but frightened of what? Of me?

"I don't know Sabrina, but it can't be good." For the second time today the world goes black around me and my legs give out letting me fall.

I'm not sure when I wake up again, if I even do, I just know that I'm in a new world now and I'll have to find the answers to my questions myself, maybe Matt will help. I have a second chance.
