I woke up to a constant banging on my door and my mom screaming for me to open up the door. By the way I still haven’t left my room yet. But just to humor my mother I opened the door and she said that she had news. How fantastic (sarcasm intended) I asked her what the news was and she told me to sit, so I sat on my bed and waited for her to speak. Then she began saying,” I know you are upset, but I have good news and bad news, what do you want to here first,” she asked.
“Bad news,” I answered
“we are still moving to Germany. And the good news is that you can come if you want,” she said
“I’m not going,” I said to my mum.
“Okay, but if you are staying you have to stay in Melbourne, Australia with my friend Mrs. Yammouni,” Mom said. Melbourne is 8 and a half hours from Sydney… Well that’s right I think.
“Fine” is all I said
“you leave tomorrow so pack,” mum said to me and I started packing.
