This was that type of show, where even the audience could ask things from the guests which soon happened too after Damien finished with his basic questions.
One guest asked directly from German:
- How do you know she isn't lying to you? - he asked - How do you know the baby is your child?
- Easy. I know her long enough to realize whenever she's lying, or telling the truth - German replied - And I also remember her leaving really sick, but she never actually managed to tell me what was wrong.
- That was so stupid of me... - Selvaggia mumbled while she was looking down at the sleeping Isabelle.
- I agree - German smirked at her.
- I'm sorry, but so do I - Damien added.
- You knew she was sick... - started another guest who was a woman - You knew what kind of relationship you two had at the time... And you still didn't suspect anything?
- Well... I was way too blind at the time... I have no idea how, or why, but I just didn't think...
He took a deep breath before he continued...
- I didn't think... She could be pregnant... I just didn't think about that...
- And you! - the woman looked at Selvaggia now - Why did you leave without telling him?
"Oh, boy am I in trouble..." - Selvaggia thought as this woman was talking so seriously that it was shocking to her too - I don't know... I felt like since he has been leaning to the other person... I didn't have the rights to ruin it... To ruin what he was trying to build there...
People have already knew about their story more, or less, but Angie's name has never been mentioned because they didn't want to involve her too into this.
- I see - the woman replied - It was a really stupid thing to do, you know... As the little angel needs her mother and father too.
- But now we both are here - German cut her off as he smiled softly at Selvaggia then his daughter - And I'm not leaving them anymore... Ever... And whoever started this rumor about Fabio being the father of Isabelle is lying.
Most people in the room seemed convinced, but some wasn't really and they mentioned it too...
- Why are you so sure about that?? She could have been with anyone while she was here and you were on the other side of the world! - said a really cold looking and sounding man, who seemed to be one of Selvaggia's hater.
- For you let it be enough that I believe her... And just by looking at my baby right now - German smiled calmly as he looked down at Isabelle - I can see... That she's my daughter...
From this point on all the questions were only about things people were rather curious about and not just wanting to be mean...
