I ran through the woods as fast as I could.I got to the edge of the woods to see a red and silver truck with older lookin man leaning against it.I wasn't thinking and ran behind a tree that was close to the truck.When he got in I jumped in the bed of it.
I bet it took over and hour to get where ever he was goin but i didn't care, I just want to get away from my foster parents!I about decided we were goin to Mexico when the truck slowed down and turned.I peeked out from under the the cover that was in the back of the truck and saw a big entry way sign that said Heartland.When I saw that sign I knew that my life was goin to change.
