Weeks passed after your friend, the librarian, Seto has gone missing. There was a fire at the library, but his body wasn't there. So he's out there somewhere, you just know it. You spent time searching for him in daylight, since you were pathetic when it's night. But one day, taking your dog, (dog's name) out to walk at night, you notice a trail. Burnt trees and some specks of blood a little. It went deeper into the forest, which it made you nervous. Though (d/n) ran off down the trail, so you chased after him without thinking. The moon light has gone as clouds covered it. Your fear was taking over, but you couldn't let your dog get hurt and alone.
(Y/c)'s Pov
"(d/n)! Where are you?" I called out, cupping around my mouth. I was trembling, since I'm vulnerable out here and it scares me. But (d/n) is out here and I can't let anything happen to him. He was the pet Seto gave me for my birthday last year. I first smiled at the memory, but began to fade. Where is he? Seto, where are you? Once the trail of burnt trees ended, I caught up to the dog and I saw a man, petting him. "(D/n)! You're okay!" I said and hugged the furry creature. It barked happily. I turned to the stranger, the hoodie hiding his face. He seemed to jump a little, when he saw me. I was a bit confused, but he kept my dog right here. Safe and sound."Thank you, sir." I said, bowing. He made a nodding gesture and I heard hisses. I waved and ran back to my house, as (d/n) came along.
Seto's Pov
(Y/c).... That was her, wasn't it? After that freak accident, I had to get away the town before I could have harmed someone. Flames, I can't control them... I don't know how. She mustn't know it's me, or she'll see me as a monster. I'm different. I'm somehow part blaze. It's because I accidentally added transformation potion with a blaze rod and this happened. Even if I don't (y/c) to come near, I miss her. Her voice, her smile, and her company... I just hope she doesn't come back.
