chapter 7

Ashleys p.o.v :

"Now Ashley I know your a good student. But how do you think your parents are going to respond to this? You know what? Why don't we just call them and see ." Mr.Peter tells me. "That won't be nessesary" I reply. He ignores me and dials my parents. "Hello?" I hear my mom ask.

"Why hello Mrs.Summers. In my office I have Ashley here because she was caught skipping class with one of her peers." Mr.Peter tells her and I can hear her reply asking who I was skipping with. "She was skipping with a boy ma'am" he tells her and they start talking faster and then when he finishes the call he tells me my mom is on her way to pick me up.

Just great. I start to tear up because I already know what's headed my way. My mom is going to flip and my dad is just going to go along with her. I walk out of his office and harry sees me with puffy eyes. " What's wrong babe?" he tells me and wraps me in a big hug. I hug him and cry into his shoulder. He pulls back and pushes my hair away from my face then looks me in the eyes. "What happened babe?" he asks again and I finally tell him. "It's just that everyone expects me to be perfect. Especially my parents . They don't care about me all they care about is themselves. They think I'm their straight A daughter that has tons if friends when in reality your the only person that loves me! " I tell him and cry even harder in his shoulder. He picks me up and takes me too a chair and puts me in his lap and hugs me. "Ashley!?" I hear someone say and as I turn around I see my mom.
