The Chariot Race

~The next morning~
Lucy's POV

I woke up to the sound of Sting snoring next to me. I checked the time and it was 6:32. Ahh!! We slept in, we only have half an hour to get ready because the GMG starts at 7:00. "Sting! Lector! Wake up!!" I shout. "Lushe? What is it?" Lector said while yawning. "Help me wake up Sting we only have 27 minutes to get ready!!" I said. "Oh ok!" He said as he got water and dropped it on Sting. I ran into the bathroom, and changed into a purple flannel, white tank top, black shorts, and black wedges. Since I fought yesterday I'm probably not going to fight today, so I'm going to practice walking on heels. "Morning Blondie!" Said Sting already dressed. He was wearing a white shirt that said 'Back to bed', black shorts with the Sabertooth emblem on the side, and black converses. "Really, Blondie? Your gonna start calling me that again?" I asked while drinking an Arizona. "I-I'm sorry...Princess." Sting said while looking away blushing. "They liiiikkkkkeeee each other...." Said Lector while eating an apple. "Oh yeah it's 6:52, just saying.."Lector said while smirking. "NANI?!!" Sting and I said in unison. "Let's go!!" Sting said while grabbing Lector, and throwing me over his right shoulder so that my ass was in front of his face. Ahh!! This is embarrassing, but this is the fastest way to get there, and I don't want Minerva to get angry at us, again.

~Time skip, at the stadium~

Finally!! We made it! "Hello everyone!" I said. "Late..AGAIN?!" Said Mir and Laxus in unison, and pretty ticked off. "S-Sorry."Sting and I apologized. "Whatever." Said Laxus in a annoyed tone. "WELCOME BACK!!!! TODAY ESPECIALLY WE HAVE A FUN AND EXCITING DAY!!! BUT FIRST LETS START OFF WITH THE SCORES!!" Said a reporter excitedly.

Sabertooth~ 1st place

Raventail~ 2nd place

Mermaid heel~ 3rd place

Lamia Scale~ 4th place

Blue Pegasus~ 5th place

Fairytail~ 6th place

Again I'm to lazy to right the rest, and I forgot the rest...sorry

Hmm....I like being first and I'm going to keep it that way! "TODAYS GAME IS....THE CHARIOT RACE!!" The reporter boomed as the crowd went wild. "CHOOSE THE PERSON FROM YOUR TEAM TO PARTICIPATE IN HIS EVENT!!" Said the reporter. I'm NOT doing it!!! I have heels!!! "So who wants to go?" Asked Mira. "Not me! I'm practicing walking on heels/wedges!" I said pointing at my wedges. "Fine. Sting you want to try?" Mir said. "N-No it's a moving chariot I'm going to throw up!" Said Sting. "Geesh calm down I can heal you from half an hour." I said. "Fine.." Said Sting. "TODAYS PARTICIPATES GO TO THE STARTING POINT!" Said a reporter. I healed Sting quickly. "Thanks Princess! I owe you one!" He said as he kissed me quickly and left.  "ON YOUR MARK GET SET.....GO-kabo!!!"yelled Kabo. YOU CAN DO THIS STING!! Since Sting was healed he ran to the lead as he dodged the magic that was being thrown at him. Natsu was the last one, trying to resist growing up from his motion sickness. I couldn't help but laugh at his green face. "STING FROM SABERTOOTH HAS MADE IT IN FIRST PLACE-Kabo!!!" Said Kabo. YES!! "YAHOO!!!" Mira yelled out! "Hey Lucy, go give Sting a kiss to congratulate him." Whispered Mira in my ear while smirking. "I'm give h-him a kiss when he gets back." I say while blushing a bit. "No, now so that everyone in the stadium can see!!" Mira said while squealing. "Your not going to stop until I go and do it, right?" I asked. "Yup!" She replied as I sighed and jumped off the balcony. Ugh I would do it without anyone telling me to but I don't want to see Natsu because I totally know that he has a list of questions, starting off with how I know Igneel.

Sting's POV

HELL YEA!! I won thanks to Lucy's magic. Hmm she's coming towards me? Did something happen? "Lucy what's wro-" I said, but was cut off by Lucy's lips on mine. W-What?!! "L-Lucy?!" I asked. I noticed everyone was staring at us. "M-M-Mira said
t-to do it, or e-else she would h-have kept b-bothering me.." She said while looking away blushing. "I-I'm sorry for e-embarrassing y-yo-" said Lucy but I cut her off this time. I grabbed her small thin waist and hugged her, there were many 'ooo' and 'ahh's in the stadium. I smirked and kissed her passionately, she blushed so much that she was only able to stay still. I couldn't help but laugh at her cute expression.

~Time Skip to today's one on one battle~

"TODAYS BATTLE WILL BE EVE FROM BLUE PEGASUS, AND CHELIA FROM LAMIA SCALE!!!" Shouted a reporter. Ugh if Sabertooth or Fairytail isn't fighting then I don't have to pay attention...."Hey Sting let's go!" Said Lucy. "Hurry up!" Said Minerva. "Wait where are you guys going, what about the match." I asked confused. "After this match we all leave so it doesn't really matter much, let's go!" Lucy said while grabbing my hand and walking towards are team. "Where are we going exactly?" I asked. "A group date!" Said Mira while squealing. "NANI, WHY A GROUP DATE?!" We all shouted in unison. "Oh come on....wait you guys all wanted some alone time?" Said Mira smirking. "N-No it's fine let's just got on the group date." Said Lucy while blushing a bit. "Ok." She said satisfied. Lucy was about let go of my hand but I held her hand tighter, she looked at me but I quickly looked away blushing. "Geesh Sting if you wanna hold me hand that badly just say so, I am your girlfriend either way." Lucy said while walking side by side with me. "Geesh show some respect for the single cats down here!" Yelled out Lector. "Fro thinks so too!" Fro said shyly.

~After Dinner we went back to the inn we went to are rooms and got ready for bed~
