It was nine and I was at work editing Miley Cyrus's column in the magazine. She was this months edition to the magazine. Her picture on the front was probably more revealing than Kim Kardashians believe it or not.
My office was a good size on the 100th floor of the building. The company didn't own the whole building but floors 60 up to the top (106). The better the higher so I was on the highest level for the actual magazine. All editors were on my level along with our manager Sue. Sue worked at a desk at the front of the room that was boarded with glass walls and windows. I looked out over Brooklyn as some peoples offices were in the centre of the room. It was like an open maze because everyone had walls around their office yet they were glass, so you could see right through except couldn't walk right through. My office was against the window. I was lucky and had a proper, non window walls and one shadow glass window.
I had been there for about two hours when Calsie rang me telling me someone was on line four for me.
"Hello"
"Hey" who is this?
"Um who are you?"
"It's me" it was a mans voice but him saying 'me' really didn't help.
"Oh wow hey um.. I still have no clue who you are!"
"Haha oh right, Ashley." And then I hung up. Fuck him. I'm at work and I don't want to talk to him! Ever! How did he even get my work number? ....... KHLOE. I dialled that bitches number.
"WHY. Why did you give him my work number? Now he knows where I work!"
"Sorry I just really want you two to go together."
"Well I don't okay, please just leave it."
"Okay I will, love ya." Bye
Please like vote and all that. Also Calsie the front desk lady, her name is pronounced as Kelsey.
