CH 17

1 month later (5 month pregnant)

Alex's P.O.V

I have really hit my depression now my baby has started kicking and I want Derek here to feel it with me, Stiles and Cora they're over the moon with they're little one, which make my more upset but I can not ruin they're happiness just because of Derek leavening me. Tomorrow is when I find out the gender, I'm not excided ya I'm happy about the baby but I feel like I shouldn't be happy with out Derek here to enjoying it with me. Both Cora and Stiles get really mad at me for that they say I should be happy enough with just the baby and I'm just starting to realize it to, I feel like I have been neglecting the baby and that's not far.

Later that night

I'm sitting on my bed right next to Cora's room I think they're cuddling or sleeping because I cant hear them, I'm just thinking what I've been doing to my little one this past 5 months the most the baby got for loving wise was from Jackson that hurts me knowing I haven't been talking, loving and caressing my child that is growing in me.

"I love you baby you know that right" I said baby kicked I smiled

"I promise I'm not going anywhere" I said laying down on my side putting my had on my bump

"I'll be better I promise I well love you with all I got" I said starting to fell asleep

The next morning I wake up to Cora shacking me.

"Alex you're going to miss your appointment" she said

I sat up straight well as much as I can with a bump in my way but I love this bump.

"I get to find out what I'm having" I said with a big smile

"Wow what happened to you over night" she asked

I got up and waddled around the room to find something to wear, when I finally did I put it on and waddle down stairs forgetting that I can't drive nether can Cora. When Stiles walked in throwing his keys in his Hand and Cora waddle down the stairs, we want to the Jeep and started to the doctors. When we got there Cora asked me if she could come in with me and of course I said she could, we didn't have to wait long we got right in.

"Ok Alex you know what to do" doctor said

I laid down I lifted my shirt reveling my semi big bump, he put that blue gel on my bump and started moving the wand around till he found the baby.

"So do you want to know the gender" he asked

I looked up at Cora

"It's your baby honey not mine" she said smiling

"Yes... yes I would like to know the gender" I said

"Well congrats your having a girl" she said

I smiled a little girl a tear fell down my face I wish Derek was here I really do no matter how mad I am at him.

"Oh my god Alex a girl" Cora said

"Ya a little girl" I said with a sniff

I got a sonogram and we walked out to the waiting room, as soon as Stiles saw us he stood up and ran over to us zig zaging around little kids.

"What you having" Stiles asked looking like one of the little kids in the waiting room

"Oh come on Cora would let us find out what we're having so please come on I want to know please... please" Stiles begged with a huge smile on his face

"Ok... ok Stiles calm down it's a girl" I said with a smile from ear to ear

Stiles Omg was so cute he started jumping up and down

"A girl Oh my god... A GIRL" Stiles said/yelled lowly then hugged me my bump pointing he stomach but it didn't faze him.

The ride home was funny Stiles listing all the stuff he could get my baby, Cora she was super happy for me but her little one was kicking the shit out of her. When we pulled up to the house we saw something we didn't expect to see in a long time, more like someone we thought would never come back. Stile put the jeep in park and sighed Cora on the other had was out of the jeep before it was even put in park, I claimed out trying to catch up with Cora but it didn't work god she's bigger then me how does she move so fast. The next thing I see is Cora shifting and cutting Derek right across the face, Derek just took Cora's hits then I finally reached Cora and Derek.

"Cora" I called

Cora turned around her eyes red and her snot starting to disappear and her claws already gone.

"Well the baby liked that, thank god all that kicking was starting to hurt" Cora said fully human and I just laughed same with Stiles

Cora gave Derek one more look

"Can I talk to him alone" I asked they nodded and started walking

"I'm sor..." Derek tried say

"I should kill you right now, better yet since it helps Cora with the baby kicking I'll just let her keep you in the basement and touchier you when ever the baby kicks" I said

"THAT WORKS FOR ME" Cora yelled I smirked

"I'm sorry Alex it... it was just shocking news" he said

"Oh for you how about me I'm the one having her" I said

"We're having a girl" he asked

"One there's no us, our, we... you left me and your unborn baby" I said about to walk to the house but he grabbed my wrist lightly turning me around

"What the f%ck do you want" I asked

"I want to be apart of your and our baby's life, I want to be through for now on, I want to bring you to the doctors, I want to hold your hand, I want to watch your bump grow, I want to touch you in caring and loving ways, I want to be there when she's born, I want to watch her growing up, I want to be there when she gets her first hair cut, I want to see her lose her first tooth, I want to see her walk her first steps, I even want to watch her crawl for the first time, I want to threaten her first boyfriend, I want to see her go to prom, I want to bring her down the aisle at her wedding and I want to be there when she has her first kid" he said

I'm not going to lie it softened my heart but I still don't trust him.

I just looked at him

"I'll prove my love for the both of you, I will" he said kissing me on the cheek
