In no way, shape, or form am I promoting the harvasting, selling, or buying of drugs! This is simply for amusement purposes! Oh and dedicated to this girl for the awesome cover :) thanks again <3

The way he swore he would join me had my heart beating quickly and a smile spread across my face but then he didn't. He didn't join me and I ruined my life because I thought he would. Now I am just a screwed up human being. All because a boy had my heart in a bind and I couldn't rationalize with myself to know that I was making a mistake.

Of course, somewhere in my head I knew that he wouldn't follow me out of the building and into the range of the police. My ignorance threw me into jail. I could say that he did it but I did it, so I deserve to pay the consequences, right? Right! I was arguing with myself like I always did.

The anger I felt with myself had me beating my head on the wall, scolding myself for how stupid I had been and how arrogant I had been to think that a man could actually love me. Me! The girl who was in school for the simple fact that I wanted to learn. I got my facts straight and moved on so I would never have to go to another freaking school. Me! The girl who would rather run around with dirt on her face than makeup. The girl who would rather have her hair in a pony tail or hanging loosely in my eyes, rather than up in some fancy way. What man would want that?

But the rush I felt when breaking the law, had my adrenaline pumping. Something that never happened. My body was never pumping with adrenaline. Never! A man had never made my blood warm and butterflies float. A sport that had thrown me into a whirlwind never got me pumped. Nothing in my life but the fact of breaking rules that the government had set up. Running from the police had a smile on my face, especially when they never caught me.

But when he told me that it was time that we give ourselves up, the simple fact that he had said he loved me, made me think that he would do the same. But of course not. Love had nothing to do with the fact. He just used me as a distraction while he broke away.

But he is a stupid man too. He thought that I had loved him too. Please, my heart may have been thinking for me but it was because he said words to me no man had said before. But turning against me, was turning me against him. He went back to his normal hideout and expected me to keep my mouth shut. Yeah right! So now he is in the cell next to me, murmuring profanities about how I am a traitor and all. I am ready to punch all his teeth out! The hyprocite. I am a traitor, please, he betrayed me!

"Psssst! Ava!" The whispering came from in front of my cell, where my one of the men from our local gang stood in front of my cell with a big grin on his face and the keys to my cell dangling from his fingers.

I leapt to my feet and trotted over to Ben who smiled at me again and shoving the key into the lock. "Ben you have no idea, how much I have wanted out of here." I whispered through the bars as he jiggled the key, trying to work quickly and quietly.

He was a small man only about five foot, five inches but he was quick on his feet. His blond hair had grown shaggy in the past two months that I had been here. His blue eyes glowed as he stared at the task at hand. His dedication made me laugh.

"No problem, Ava. The gang is bored without your good looks hanging around." He joked and flirted at the same time. I chuckled and gasped when he actually propped open the door for me. I snuck through and glanced at Mark, who sat in his cell glaring at me as I just kept walking. Ben waved and quickly ran with the most silene he could handle. My soft feet clipped on the floor as we rushed out the door of the cell room and snuck down the hallway and out the front door. Ben kept the keys on his finger until we got to the wall where there was a single rope hanging over the wall.

Ben dropped the keys on the ground and then began scaling the wall with me, watching until he was up at the top waiting on me. I smiled and jumped up and pulled myself up to him. He grabbed my hand and pulled me up and pulled the rope with him.

The gang leader stood at the bottom of the wall, keeping guard. I had just now realized both of the men were dressed in the suits the guards wore. Yeah! I glanced at Ben who was throwing the rope down. I shook my head and judged the height that I was at. I giggled like a school girl when Ben looked at me I smiled and jumped. His gasp followed me down until I landed on top of Jackson. Making him gasp for air.

"Hey, Jack. How's it going?" I laughed and pulled myself up, before dusting myself off. He rolled over but didn't get up, just laid on the ground looking at me in awe. His face was dusty and his blue eyes looked ready to cry. He was a bald, skinny guy about five foot, nine inches. "Awww, did Jacky miss me?" I asked, ruffling his head like he was a child. He squirmed and murmured some bad words under his breath.

"Ava, you haven't lost your touch." Ben said, landing on the ground with a thud. I smiled and tugged the rope.

"I know, guys, can we get a milkshake on the way out of the states. I'm thirsty." I laughed as they lead me towards the car, while shaking their heads and smiles on their faces.

"We missed you, Ave" Jackson mumbled and wrapped his arm around my waist.
