Chapter 1

I flipped open my chemistry book to page 139 and started to write notes as the teacher babbled away.

I wasn't the best student but in not a total bad ass student. You know the ones who spend their Friday night getting drunk the having sex. My kind of Friday night is watching a movie in my room with food. Oh did I forget to mention I'm usually alone.

"Mrs.Parsons!"

Turns out I had fallen asleep during class. Opppsiies!

"Sorry Mr. Rumleskie, it won't happen again!"

"It's better not ir else you'll be landing yourself in detention" he said with anger in his voice.

When the bell rang I was out of there so fast I didn't even notice myself. After that I went to my locker put away my books and grabbed the change I hade left from the other day. Then I set out to go and find Kayla my one and only best friend.( I don't have very many friends because I'm really shy.

"Hey Beautiful!" I yelled basically across the hall.

"Hey Gorgeous" she said with a slight grin.

When I finally got to her locker I noticed she was putting on more make up. Like really she was sooo pretty! She had long brown curly hair, nice tanned skin, she was 5'5 and had light baby blue eyes. She was almost the complete opposite of me. I have long blonde straight hair, I'm as pale as winter, I'm 4'11, and I have greyish blue eyes.
