Dearest Journal,
I'm writing you from the backseat of my mums car. I'm headed back home from a trip to my grandparents' house. It's still snowing outside.
Does it snow a lot in America? I think it's funny because we're moving there, but I know basically nothing about it. My brother Anders knows more about America than I, I suppose I should ask him.
I have to go back to school tomorrow. I've been out most of this week. I wonder if my friends miss me. I sure miss them. Even Sam.
I wonder how Rebekah is doing in math without me. I can just imagine her sitting at our table alone glaring at Elise from across the room. Elise is one of the most popular girls in town. Her father owns the most successful sheep farm, and as lame as that might sound that's actually really impressive where we're from. Anyways, Elise is rude. She's full of herself and thinks that she's better than all of us just because she has the best sheep farm.
It's whatever though, I'm sure Bek is fine.Goodbye for now,
-Julia
