DESTINY ADAMS ✨
Hayes Grier, she thought to her self a smirk on her lips, nice."What's yours sweetness?" Hayes asked staring straight at the now mysterious girl.
"Destiny Adams" she smiled staring back at Hayes, she noticed the bottle in his hand wasn't opened and Immediately felt bad for judging him.
"So Destiny, what's a beautiful little girl like you do all alone up here?" He asked smirking at the girl next to him.
"Watching the stars" she chuckled looking back up at the sky above them.
"That's cool" the boy hummed obviously thinking it was a stupid idea.
"What about you, why are you up here?" Destiny asked.
"To get wasted" he laughed uncapping his bottle and taking a swig.
"Oh" she bluntly responded wondering why the boy with the blue eyes would want to do such a thing.
"You want some?" He asked taking another sip out of his bottle.
Thinking carefully destiny was ready to respond with a well worded speech about how drinking is wrong and can harm the body, however in the moment she nodded taking the cold bottle from the boys grasp and took a long gulp.
She shuddered as the liquid burned down her throat leaving a warm after feeling.
Hayes laughed, "you like it?" He took another gulp himself.
Destiny nodded feeling her head buzzing from the alcohol running through her body.
They sat in silence for a while each taking it in turns to take a sip from the bottle of alcohol.
"What's in that book then?" Hayes asked looking at the tattered notebook resting on the girls inner thigh.
She thought for a short while on how to respond to such a question,"Just some drawings" she shrugged.
The notebook belonged to her father, it was full of sketches, paintings, poems and thoughts that her father had noted over his many years of star gazing up on this very hill.
Destiny loved reading through the book, idolising every page full of things that her father had once composed. She felt close to him this way, it was a way she could know him.
"Can I see?" Hayes asked bringing the girl out of her thoughts.
She shook her head gently looking now deep into the boys blue eyes.
"Why not?" He asked, his eye brows furrowed together as he tipped his head to the side slightly in confusion.
"It's just not important" she shrugged again a smile playing at the edges of her lips at the thought of his being interested towards the things she owned.
The boys sighed, "okay." He gripped the bottle again taking a sip of the cool liquid.
She watched as his prominent adams apple moved taking the liquid down his throat.
He looks at her again after a new seconds, "want any more?"
Nodding she took the bottle and took a swig feeling her throat burn once again.
Her head was fuzzy now and she lent agains the boy. Even though he was a stranger she felt some how connected to him, she had never felt this kind of connection like this to anyone before.
His heat radiated through his shirt warming the petite girl as she snuggled closer into his muscular frame.
He rested his head on hers as she felt her self drifting away into a slumber, her eye lids growing heavy.
"Good night, Destiny" he whispered before her eye lids closes and she fell away into the darkness of the night.
