Ah the sweet bliss of a flickering monitor
My first memories of really starting to use the Internet
Was at a young age
I was on MySpace and tumblr and youtube
And many more at the young ripe age of ten years old
I thought it was magic
But as you go on you find horrible things
The internet changed me in my teenage years
I became addicted to tumblr and instagram wanting fame
I became antisocial, whilst "socializing" with millions
I posted negative things that impacted on others lives
"Name one thing and I won't eat it for a month" I captioned oh a picture
And the comments came flying
Many girls did their own version of this and tagged me
I had ana buddies and was in "support groups" on kik
Which weren't supportive
Neither was I
I've now limited my Internet usage
Hence why I don't update often
I don't have facebook
Or kik
Or twitter
Or instagram
I don't even have tumblr anymore
I have wattpad and youtube that's it
And I'm happier than I thought I could ever be
