"Stop you know I'm ticklish there" I say. "No Hallie you are mine" says Annie. "Plz stop, I can't take it I'll piss" I say. "Fine you win" She says. "Oh god how I love you" I say. "I love you too" Annie says.

It's been two years since I've seen Brynn. I've gotten over her and fell in love with Annie. Annie was beautiful, not as beautiful as Brynn, but beautiful. She had dark brown hair with green eyes. We got married two months ago, and adopted Kensley two months before that.

"Moms, I have big news" Kensley says. "What is it?" I ask. "I have a boyfriend" She says. "Oh, tell us all the details" said Annie. "Well he's got blonde hair, brown eyes, and his name is Garret" She says. "Is he nice?" I ask. "Very, he's also very smart, he's got straight A's" Kensley says. "Ok, and when do we get to meet Garrett?" Annie asked. "Soon mommies, soon" She says.

Hey can we meet up, you know as friends, if we can be friends

A text from Brynn. Of course I was going to go. I wasn't going to be one of those people that are rude to their ex's.
We get to Starbucks around two. I see her, she has a new girlfriend it looks like and a two year old on her lap, he could be two. "Hi Brynn, long time no see" I say. "Yes, this is Starling my wife, and this is Seth" She says. "Well I'm Annie, Hallie's wife and this is our daughter Kensley" Annie says. "Oh and how old might you be Kensley?" Brynn asked. "I just turned 15" She says. "Any boyfriends hmm?" Brynn asked. "Yes actually, his name is Garrett" Kensley says.

Later

It got awkward after a while so we headed home. I'm happy for Brynn and Starling. She moved on and so did I, that's all that matters. "Ok kiddo bed" I say. "Goodnight mommies" She says. "I'm tired too, we should probably get to bed also" sat Annie. I fall asleep, my life in ease.
