Lucy POV:

The pink-haired guy stared at me like I had grown a second head or something.

"So what's your name anyway, Mr. Car Killer?" I asked curiously. He looked confused then answered.

"Natsu Dragneel, how about you?" He asked smirking in a flirty behavior. Oh he's so lucky I can't kill him right here, right now. I held back a growl.

"Names Lucy, Lucy Heartfilia." I replied, eyeing him with a sigh.

"So will you please let take you to the Academy? I really don't want to be super late on the first day." He said, and he scratched the back of his neck. I sniffed the air carefully. He doesn't smell entirely human, but he doesn't exactly smell monstery either. Hm. Well what's the worst that could happen, right? I mental shrugged.

"I guess, but you will still owe me. We will talk about it later though." I sighed and stood up, walking over to his Stingray Corvette. I opened the door and sat down in the passenger seat. This totally sucks, and traffic still hasn't moved more than an inch and where the hell is the ambulance. Not like anyone needed it, but god isn't it their job to get out here when there's an accident. Whatever. *sigh*

Natsu POV:

I stared at the blonde beauty with a curious face. Just who is this chick.

"So what's your name anyway, Mr. Car Killer?" she asked in a rude, yet curious voice. I could feel my face turn confused, but shook it off.

"Natsu Dragneel, how about you?" I asked right back, but not without a flirty smirk. She looked amused, good.

"Names Lucy, Lucy Heartfilia." She said eyeing me over, with what looked to also be a flirty look. This is going fairly well. I think. Well I should try to get her to listen to me again, it's worth a try.

"So will you please let take you to the Academy? I really don't want to be super late on the first day." I asked, and scratched the back of my neck. She looked at me, and sniffed the air?  Is she more than human? She looks human, well besides her stunning nonhuman-like beauty. What!? What is going on with me, I never get interested in girls. She seems different though, and boy do I like it!

"I guess, but you will still owe me. We will talk about it later though." She replied with a sigh and stood up from the ground. Oh man what am I gonna owe her, she sounds dead-set on it too. I don't like it.

She walked over to the passenger door, opened it, and sat down. I guess she's ready to go. I looked at the traffic, damn that's a long line. What a bad day. I kinda like that I got to meet Lucy though, I think I'm beginning to like her, just a little. *Sigh* Will I ever make it to 'Fairy Tail?'

45 agonizing minutes Later:

Still Natsu POV:

Traffic was now rapidly vanishing. Good now that I missed the first class and half of the second class. *Loud Groan* Lucy looked over at me with a look of annoyance and boredom. Can't say I blame her to be honest though. God why does this shit always happen to me? Is it karma for all my Dad's Sins? I drove around 65 miles per hour in the direction of the school, with absolute silence between the Blonde and I. Talk about awkward. I guess I'm not good with girls, I actually find attractive. Great.  *Another Groan*

10 minutes Later:

Lucy POV:

Finally! That stupid pinkie made me extremely late to school. Two classes. TWO FREAKING CLASSES LATE! LIKE WHAT THE HELL?! I rubbed my temples and controlled my breathing. My barely there, heartbeat slowed back to normal and my temples pounded less. I feel much better. *Sigh* Levy and Erza must be worried sick, because They Know I Never Miss My Classes, EVER! It's just not simply done, EVER. I hope all my girls aren't to worried. I hope classes weren't too serious. Not like I couldn't easily make all of it up, I'm kinda a genius, not to brag or anything though. Some comes with my ******* heritage, so it's not just me, but like a bonus trait, is High Intelligence.

"Lucy, um where do I park?" Natsu's voice pulled me out of my unaware state. I quickly scanned over the Academy's parking lot. No possible spots, called the voice in the back of my mind. This is why I'm always on time. STUPID PINKIE!  *Extremely Loud Groan*

"Well if there are no parking spots at the academy then we are assigned to park at Boe's smelly restaurants parking lot." I snarled out, trying hard not to rip out my hair.

He had a stupid confused puppy-looking face on. What an idiot. I pointed to the grey and red building, he nodded and pulled his Corvette into one of the open slots. He shut off the engine and unlocked the cars doors, I opened the door and stood up. Man what a horrible start to my day and it all started with a stupid pinkie. *Silent Hiss* Well time to face the girls and the wrath's of the demonic minded teachers. I brushed off my black dress and black leggings, then headed to the Academy. Natsu got out of the car and judging by the footsteps, locked his car and jogged to catch up to me.

"Lucy can you help me get to the office and different classes. I think I'm gonna need a bit of help, since it's a new school and all for me." Natsu asked from beside me. Great, I don't really have a choice do I? Most likely not. Great.

"Sure, were both late anyway." *Sigh* I glanced over at him, he looked relieved with a hint of glee. I wonder why? I shrugged and Natsu and I walked side by side  into Fairy Tail Academy, not really knowing who was going to kill us first. My friends or My teachers. I actually feel bad for Natsu because my friends are going to dissect him piece by piece. Yep, but just a little. Better watch out Pinkie, you might not make it through the day, or Morning in that fact. I snickered quietly at the thought and walked onward.
