First love (Niall Horan)

Chapter 1

(Alex's POV)
Flashback back to when Niall and Alex were 5 years old.

"Mummy?" I asked.

"Yes darling?" My mother asked turning around with a smile?

"How long until we get there?" I asked with a groan

"Well, we will be at the airport in 10 minutes, then we have to catch a flight to Ireland" my mother said with excitement in her voice.

"Ok" I replied as I looked out the window. I'm going to miss Australia. All my friends and family are here. But daddy got a new job in Ireland so we have to move there. I'm so excited to make new friends. I am going to miss everyone back home but mummy said we can go back and visit them.

10 minutes later

We finally arrived at the big airport with heaps of people rushing around to catch their flights. After 20 minutes we finally got to our gate where will catch to plane to Ireland.

"Flight A45 to Dublin, Ireland please make your way to the plane now" the big voice said over the speakers.

"Come on Alex, that's our flight" my father said. I put my back pack and held mummy and daddy's hand as we walked to our plane.

A long plane ride later

I felt my body being shaken awake to see my dad telling me it's time to get off the plane.

Once we received our luggage, we went to our car that was waiting for us then drove to our new house. It was small and had a path that led to the front door. My house back in Australia was much bigger.

I ran up to my room. All of my furniture was set up with a few boxes still sitting in the corner. I felt very tired which my mummy calls jet lag so she told me to take a nap.

A few hours later

After my nap I ran down and started watching cartoons. A few minutes after the cartoons finished I heard a knock on my door. I skipped to the front door and opened it to see a blonde haired boy with big blue eyes. And he game me a smile with his crooked teeth.

"Hello, I'm Niall I'm your neighbour" the boy said cheerfully giving me a quick wave.

"Hey, I'm Alex" you say flashing him a toothy smile.

"Why do you speak like that?" He asked with a chuckle.

"I am from Brisbane" you reply to him.

"What part of Ireland is that?" He asked tilting his head slightly.

"It's not in Ireland, you silly sausage." You laugh. "It's a place in Australia"

"Oh cool, did you have a pet kangaroo?" He asked excitedly.

You burst out laughing holding you stomach.

"No, I have only ever seen a kangaroo twice in my whole life" you laugh. Niall blushed slightly. And waited a few seconds before speaking again.

"Let's be best friends" Niall suddenly burst out.

"Sure!" You say jumping up and down clapping. "Your my first friend since I moved here, and it's only been a few hours" you laugh.
