Anna's pov:
The whole digital media arts I talked to Jack and Tooth. All I did at snack is fail to open my locker five times and eat. Then the bell rang and I walked to my third period class, science.
It was on the other side of campus so by the time I got there, there was only one seat left. It was near the back and next to none other than Hiccup.
"Good mourning class. How was your summer?" Ms. Rogers asked, but didn't pause so the class can reply with a bland "good."
"Great! I'm Ms. Rodgers, and since its our first day, we are going to do something fun!" She exclaimed.
"Doubt it." Hiccup mumbled.
"Instead of going over the rules, we are going to do a pre-test!" She told us and we all groaned. She passed out the pre-test.
"Hey, hey you." Hiccup whispered leaning towards me.
"What?"
"Can I barrow a pencil?"
"This is my only one." I told him.
"Can I barrow that one?"
"No!"
"Why?"
"What do you mean why?"
We bickered until the teacher cleared her throat extra loud.
"What did I just say?" She asked us.
"Um, we're taking a pre-test?"
"After that." When we did answer she repeated what she said before. while we were taking the test she walked around the isles.
"Done already?" She asked Hiccup.
"No ma'am."
"Then what have you been doing for the pass 5 minutes?" The teacher was getting really mad at him at that point.
"I don't have a pencil, ma'am." He replied. She closed her eyes real tight and let out a huge exhale, most likely to keep herself from yelling at him. She walked up to her desk and got a pencil.
"Next time come to class prepared." She said clearly annoyed with him. After everyone finished, she let us talk to the people next to us.
"I blame you." Hiccup said blandly.
"For what?"
"For not giving me your pencil."
"That was my only one!" I nearly shouted resulting in people staring at me. Hiccup just laughed.
"Calm down there." Hiccup told me. Relishing he was just messing with me, I glared at him playfully.
After the bell rang, I headed over to the p.e. Numbers. We all stood there and waited for the teacher to give us our p.e. locker combinations and our roll call numbers.
When every body had everything the needed we went into the locker room to put our cloths away. After I failed fifty times, the girl next to me spoke.
"Do you need help."
"I'm fine, thanks though. I'll eventually get it. She looked over my shoulder as I put in the combination then she looked at the numbers on the sheet of paper that told us them.
"Your entering 45 instead of 35." She told me.
"Oh my god, sometimes I swear I'm so stupid." I muttered and she giggled.
"Everybody makes mistakes, right?" She asked in attempt to make me feel better.
"I guess." I said while finally opening the small locker. Then I put the close in and closed it.
"Anna." I introduced myself.
"Honey Lemon!" She smiled. We went outside and talked for the remaining half hour until the lunch break rang.
"Now I have to find my friend." She told me as we walked.
"I'm not sure who I'm gonna sit with. Maybe my sister El-" I started, but got cut off by a huge gasp.
"You should sit with us!" She exclaimed.
"I would love to!" We looked around the cafeteria for Honeys friend, and when I say we looked, I mean she looked and I blindly followed.
"Honey Lemon, over here!" A male voice called. Honey looked over the crowd , which was easy for her considering her high. Then she grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me through the crowd.
"Anna this is my friend Tadashi. Tadashi this is Anna. I met her in P.E. Can she sit with us?" Honey Lemon asked the boy at the table.
"Sure. Nice to meet you, Anna."
"Nice to meet you too, Anna- I mean Tadashi. I already know Anna... because I am Anna. I'm gonna stop talking now." Luckily for me he just laughed. Regardless, he seems nice.
