When I woke up for school I looked out my window watching the rain, I moved towards my new closet and found new t-shirts and jeans, just to make my mom happy I put on a purple shirt and jeans I got out the rain boots my dad packed for me and put them on, I walked towards my computer to check my emails and there was one from my father.
" hey Cassidy I'm happy you made it there safely I hope the rain didn't keep you up all night now are you happy I packed those rain boots for you.

I was trying to hold back my tears I was going to text back but my dad was probably at work.
I walked down stairs and towards my mom " umm mom how am I suppose to go school without a car or something " I asked her she moved towards the door and threw keys at me " what's this too " I asked her confused " I bought you a car as you said how are you going to get to school " she answered smiling at me
