"guys I'm going to try out for soccer now so I'm going see you later,"I told them and they all nodded as I head to the girl's locker room. I went into the girl's locker room and put the soccer uniform on. And put my brown hair into a ponytail that look nice on me. I headed out of the girl's locker and onto the field and saw a team of girls that was trying out for soccer. I saw a team of girls heading our way and I was nervous. I looked over the field and saw my brother, he turn around and smile and mouthed good luck.
"hello ladies, I see you're here to try out for soccer. My name is Alexis, and I'm the soccer captain so you better show me some good stuff ok let me check ok I'm going to pick a person," told Alexis has she looked close to everyone and stop at me.
"what your name and tell me about yourself" asked and command Alexis.
" My name is Callie and my brother is Mason as you all know so I love soccer too," I told them with a smile on face.
"Your brother is Mason Nichols, captain of the boy soccer team?" asked Alexis.
" yeah why do you ask," I asked.
" oh never mind and I'm guessing that you know a lot about soccer," she asked as she narrow her eyebrows. I nodded my head.
"show me, what you got," she told me and did a signal to her other buddies as they got into position. I stared at them and study them closely. I took the soccer ball and took a deep breathe. I started running as I was kicking it left right left right, I dodge each and every player, I kick the soccer up to the sky and did a side kick. And the soccer ball went into the goal.
"good job,"yelled a person. I turn around and saw Evan.
" Thanks!" I yelled at him back with a smile.
" great job little sis," yelled my brother as I gave him a smile.
"Callie you have a long time to know all about soccer," told Alexis "and you're in the team as the second captain,".
" thanks Alexis!" I yelled.
" since you're done you can go home and be at practice on time," told Alexis.
" Thanks," I told her and I ran off to the girl's locker room. I changed into my regular clothes and went to Cora music class.
" Don't let your fear get to you as you are strong," Cora sang and I always love the way she sing it gave me a boost in my life. As she was finishing up I came into the music room and clapped and saw that Alice and Kayla was there.
" Callie how was practiced?" asked Alice.
" well.. It was bad," I lied to them as I look down.
" I'm so sorry," told Alice.
"But I'm in the team as the second soccer," I exclaim as we cheer and laughed about our day. As we walked to my house we talk about the future for us, the beginning
of our high school years.
