Undertale: The Inside Struggle

Chapter 1

Frisk's pov
"Hey kiddo, how are you?" Sans asked as I woke up I looked at him and smiled and responded with," I'm good. It looks good outside today. Would you play with me sans?"
I felt really eager to get out of the house after my dream. "Even after it's over I feel like it's truly not even close to over." I said
"Trust me you have no idea." Sans chuckled out.
Sans pov
You have no idea kiddo just how right you are about what you just said. It's never over from what I've seen and remembered.
Frisk's pov
"Lets go downstairs and see if Toriel cooked anything. Besides I know you'd be happy to see her." I giggled after saying that
"Alright kiddo your asking for it!" as he started to chase me with a blue blush on his face.
I ran down the stairs and went to hide from sans and ran into Toriel. I closed my eyes as she picked me up and spun me around and after that sans came and hugged me. Then when they stopped I opened my eyes and saw something different...something that shocked me. I saw the moment me and Toriel fought but instead of me sparing her I killed her and betrayed her in her most vulnerable moment. I felt something different about myself in that moment. The different me then turned around and looked at me and smiled slashing the knife around flinging Toriels blood on the ground. I was speechless as I then saw all the different fights I got into and then I watched as I betrayed them and killed them all until I saw sans and me. I saw myself and sans fighting it was intense and sans was throwing attacks at me that could possibly obliterate our reality. I saw both my eyes glow red and saw his one eye glow blue. As he struggled I finally killed him too. After that the other me turned and just laughed holding the blood stained knife. I blinked and looked back at Toriel and sans and saw their mutilated bodies with their blank and lifeless stares. Then I blinked again and everything was back to normal and I broke down. Sans was the first to look at me and I opened my eyes completely for the first time and instead of one blue and one red they were both red and sans jumped back and his one fierce eye lit up blue. Then he realized and lowered his guard. I was crying so hard and I couldn't comprehend what I'd just seen. I looked up at them again and the vision finally completely faded putting my eyes back to normal and I cried and ran towards Sans and Toriel. "I'm so sorry..so sorry..so sorry. I'm so sorry I just.. I-I-I-I did all that..I'm so sorry. "Kiddo don't sweat it your different now. That isn't you anymore." Sans said hugging me
Toriel looked confused and looked at me and sans. All she knew is that I was hurting and joined the hug.
" Me and you have been through our fair share kiddo. But you'll be fine." Said sans
" Hey sans I promise I wont reset and I wont become like that again. I promise that I will not do that to you again." I said
He looked at me and smiled and his one eye lit up again as he started to cry and hugged me tighter. "That means a lot kiddo, thanks." "Hey how about we eat some breakfast?" Said Toriel
"Yeah, that sounds good." I said
After we ate me and sans went outside. We were gonna play around today and just goof off. I really needed it. I was still pretty shocked by that vision. "Hey kid you alright? I just want to make sure... cause you know exactly how much I've seen. I want you to stay how you are now and I don't want all that killing to happen again. To be honest...I'm just as scared as you kiddo and that ain't no joke." Sans said
"I know, but sans if I ever hurt anybody...no matter how close we've become I want you to kill me. Now that doesn't mean you'll have to kill me, but if it comes to that... I think your the only one who can." I said
After that me and sans decided it was time for a prank. We went to find a place to hang and prank call people. We found a park and after that we sat on a bench and we called papyrus. "This is the great papyrus speaking hello." He said
"Yes um we would like to talk about your qualifications for becoming part of the royal guard." Said sans smiling at me deviously.
"Oh yes well did I make it?" Said papyrus
"I'm sorry but your just too...bony." said sans
We both started laughing at his horrible skeleton joke, but little did we know papyrus was behind us.
"Why you little trouble makers!" Said papyrus as he started to chase us around. I started running from him as he chased me and then I saw papyrus and sans with smiles on their faces and then something happened...I saw sans and he had a large gash in his chest and and I saw him holding papyrus's scarf and then i looked at my hand and their was a knife and and blood all over my hands and shirt.
San's pov
Suddenly frisk stopped moving and she looked at and I could tell it was happening again. "Frisk no no no.. FRISK! Come on kiddo snap out of it." I saw both of her eyes were red and then she started screaming and crying. After that her eyes both turned blue and she looked at me and fainted and we went home.
Frisk pov
The space around me was dark. As I sat up I looked around and saw nothing but I could hear someones voice. "So you saved everyone right?" As I turned around I saw a silver heart glowing and I turned around and then saw Asriel and he looked at me and smiled and put a flower in my hair and I smiled back. "...But frisk why didn't you save me?" He asked
As he did his face became sad and twisted as the yellow flower roots shot out of the ground and grabed him and started to stab him in his arms and started absorbing him. "Frisk why? Please help!" I tried to grab him and then his hand was ripped away from me and then a face lowered down next to his and it was flowy's and then chara walked out of the darkness and said," WHO SAID YOU WERE IN CONTROL?! YOU CANT SAVE ANYONE! HAHAHAHAHAHA!" I shot up in my bed and then I started crying and shaking and then saw everyone looking at me. "Asriel. He needs me. We have to rescue him." I said
" whoa kiddo just start from the beginning and tell us what happened." Said sans
"...ok." I said
