It was finally getting cold in London. With Christmas nearing, the end of the year was nearing as well.

The November months didn't affect anyone much, the weather just enough to be classified as chilly.

"It's cold outside!" Niall and Louis spoke at the same time, Niall's being more of a groan and Louis' a squeal.

Liam shook his head at his boyfriend and friend. "Yes, that's what happens in Winter, lads," Liam said, amusement lacing every word.

"Birthday time!" Louis squealed in excitement. Liam and Niall raised their eyebrows looking at the boy like he was absolutely insane. "M-My birthday is Christmas E-Eve" Louis spoke softly. He hasn't gotten anything for Christmas or his birthday in such a long time. He couldn't imagine losing his best friends over something so stupid like voicing his thoughts about his birthday, but Louis was anxious. He'd already been kicked out once and he didn't want that to happen again.

"Oh, that's wonderful!" Liam clapped his hands, excited, snapping Louis out of his anxiety and sparking a grin to form across the small boys face.

"We can have a party and everything!" Niall said.

"What are we having a party for?" Harry's voice was rough and loud in the house.

"Nothing! N-Nothing. Um, Niall was just kidding, right Ni?" Louis quickly said, not wanting to get yelled at for having a get together in a house that wasn't his. It's not that he had anyone that would come anyways.

"No. I think it'd be so fun to throw a party for you." Niall retaliated sassily. He knew what Louis was trying to do but the small boy couldn't be fearful of Harry for the rest of his life.

"Why would Louis get a party thrown for him," Harry snapped, "and where would it be because a random party will not be thrown in my house."

"No, not a random cause, Harry. Lou-" Liam tried to explain but Harry shut him down.

"If it's all about Louis, then let him explain, shall we?" Harry tried.

Everyone went silent. Niall and Liam glared at Harry while Harry looked at Louis expectedly.

"U-Um, my b-birthday is on Christmas E-Eve and Niall and Li-Liam just wanted to t-throw a party b-but it's okay, I w-wouldn't have anyone to come o-over and it's really-"

"Oh well let's throw a party then. It's your birthday. You can invite Eli and others from work. Maybe even invite your family."

Louis flinched but just nodded, ignoring the mention of his so called "family."

"Thank you very much, Mr.Styles."

Harry just nodded and turned back up the stairs.

"Let's have a movie night!" Niall suggested three days later.

Everyone was snowed in. It was 5 days into December and the snow was already affecting everyone. Going outside wasn't an option either as the conditions were so called "dangerous" because of the cold.

"Yeah! Can we watch Grease?! It's my favorite!" Louis asked excitedly.

"Sure, Lou. Why don't you go ask Harry if he would like to watch a movie with us and I'll make some hot chocolate or tea and cookies! Niall, could you find the movie?" Liam ordered.
