So, there are three weeks until Christmas. Meaning two weeks and six days until Louis birthday and he is making sure everyone remembers.

"I think it's because he's actually happy this year." Harry shrugged.

At the end of last year, Louis was still in  that awful relationship with Eleanor. Eleanor isn't awful. But neither of them were happy near the end of the relationship.

"I don't know," I refilled my glass with the small pitcher of water on the table. "but I do know I have no idea what to get him." I sighed before taking another bite. Me and Harry try our best to find times to go to lunch together, right now is one of those times.

"Louis actually isn't a very big present guy. He really just likes taking the day off and spending time with his loved ones." Harry shrugged again, this time deep in thought.

"I know, but it's like... I don't know."

"No I get it, you definitely need to get him a gift, but no matter what you get him, he'll think it's lovely." Wow, what a great help.

.

I just got back from my lunch with Harry, Louis left to visit his family- whom I've yet to meet- so I'm here alone.

"Kiss me on the mouth and set me free, but please don't bite" I sang softly.

Bills. That's one of the hardest things about being an adult. Obviously, being a successful musician makes it a lot easier.

"Don't you want to see a man up close-" Something fell in the other room and I stopped singing. What was that?

I slowly reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone and held down the number 2.

"Yeah?"

"Walter, it's me. Someone's in my house." I whispered. Walters my bodyguard. Louis can't get here quick right now, so I might as well call someone who can.

"Okay, hold on. Don't do anything rash, I'll be there in a jiff." He hung up.

I put my phone in my pocket and walked out of the living room and into the hallway. "Hello?" I grabbed a book from the shelf next to me. "I have a book! And I'm not afraid to... to throw it at you!" I held the book behind my head with both hands, ready to strike as I tip toed through each room, looking for the intruder.

Something else fell from the closet in my bedroom and I dropped the book and ran out of my flat.

I had my back pressed up against the wall next to the door of my flat when Louis picked up.

"What's up, princess?"

"Louis! Someone's in my bedroom!" I whisper shouted into the phone.

"What?! Where are you?! Are you okay?!" I jumped and moved the phone away from my ear, someone else is shouting on the elevator.

"Um I'm outside my flat, I'm fine. I didn't even get all the way in my room before I ran out." I peeked my head in the door way. They haven't left the room yet.

"Okay, hold on." What? He hung up.

I began to peek through the door again when someone grabbed me from behind. "Are you okay, baby? Did anyone hurt you?"

I was going to scream, but I quickly recognized the voice. "What are you doing here, Louis?"

"I left my mums early to surprise you. And now I'm really glad I did. Wait here." He pushed me back up against the wall lightly, "Don't move."
