Kaina grabbed her sister's hand, and took off for the door, dragging Kina along.
"MOM!!!" Kina screamed, just as the wall that their mother was facing, exploded. The sisters never saw their beloved mother again, nor did they ever know if she died at that time, or had she held off the monster. Kaina, with tears in her eyes flung the door open, they traveled out of their house. Kina's eyes' widened at the sight of the monster. It was a golden dragon with blazing blue eyes and a body the size of a gigantic cloud. The forest that had once stood at the back of Kaina's house now lay in ruins. Parts of it were on fire, and a lot of the trees looked like they were smashed. As soon as the dragon had spotted the two demons he growled deeply, and immediately blew a stream of blue fire at them. The fire shot at the sisters, but Kina dived in front of her sister and flung open her arms.
"Kina!" Kaina shrieked, but the fire didn't reach them, Kina was holding it off. The fire was going around them, and it was burning the other houses. Kina's silky hair was flying behind her, and Kaina's short bangs were pressed against her face. The heat blasted into their faces, stinging them. Kina had the power to control the wind.
