The grand doors opened at the end of her sentence revealing the most majestic looking room I have ever seen.
As we entered, I couldn't help but feel welcomed, the aura of the room enticing me and my many classmates.
The next few minutes moved by quickly as we finally came to the sorting... The first few people I payed attention for but soon I ended up zoning out.
The sorting hat going through everyone took ages. Meanwhile i looked around, noticing a man in all black with super greasy hair staring at me, a look of shock on his face. Instead of being a normal person and looking away, i smiled and walked over to him.. completely forgetting about the rest of the sorting ceremony.
Upon arriving at the man i stuck my hand out and grinned at him.
"Spirit Rose.. pleasure to meet you sir"
He continued to study me for about 5 minutes before giving a small smile. The next few words were monotone, but i didnt mind.
"Professor Snape, you remind me so much of your mother"
Shock froze me.. my hair turning a pale white, eyes crystal.
My mum??
Before i could question it further.. i heard my name being called from behind me.
Turning around, i noticed everyone staring at me in shock.
Grinning mischievously, i turned my hair back to its red and my eyes emerald green, before skipping over to the seat in which i would proceed to be sorted in.
The hat was placed on my head, dropping low over my eyes.
'Well, well, well, you seemed to have caused quite a ruckus, Ms Potter.'
'Just doing my civic duty' I thought whilst grinning even wider. Wait...Potter?
'Well onto the sorting. Your mind is quite peculiar Ms Potter. You are Cunning, Sly, Incredibly smart and powerful, Loyal, Brave, ambiguous, but with a thirst of mischief. Ive never had such a difficult decision before'
'cool, so im special :)'
'Incredibly so Ms Potter... i'm afraid i'm going to have to speak with professor dumbledore in order for it to be allowed for me to sit on your head at a later date when we have more time..
