Sort of Epilogue Thingy~
My name is Taliah Bankler. I am fifteen years old with emerald green eyes, light brown hair, tanned skin and stan at around 5"5. Being the new kid has never been fun for me. In the seventeen different schools I've been in, in the fifteen years I've lived, I've never even once enjoyed a single thing about moving schools.

"Alright class, settle down." A booming voice coming from the front of the room made me jump in my seat. I swiped my light brown hair out of my eyes and looked up to see my new teacher smirking at me. Obviously noticing the mini heart attack id just had the pleasure f experiencing. He was about 5"4, with lingering hazel eyes and a rather plump body. He looked around the room to make sure some people weren't paying attention, then continued.
"My name is Mark Lockley, and I am going to be your new science and geography teacher for this semester."
I groaned. He did not look like a very interesting teacher. One that would give lectures every second hour, and give you mountains of homework. One that doesn't know the meaning of 'fun'.
"Yes, well. For your first assignment, you'll be put into pairs. You and your partner will have to research a planet or famous star in our solar system, and then present it to the class. You will not be choosing your pairs, because as it is the start of the year, I'd like you all to get to know each other better."
I looked around the room then and really noticed who my classmates where. When I came into class I'd just walked quickly to my seat and stayed there to not attract any attention. Seeing as though I was new here and didn't have any friends, I didn't want to embarrass myself more than completely necessary. But even then something's that felt like too much.
"I have had the goners to pick your partners for you all. They are as follows,
James and Sandra.
Jacinta and Andrew.
Joey and Lucia.
Luke and Brianna.
Grace and Reegan
Scarlet and Fank.
And last, but certainly not least, Cameron and Tahlia."
I watched as people searched the room for their partners. Some smiling happily at who they got. Some cringing. I looked Mr. Lockley, waiting for him to show me who my partner was, because well, I didn't have a clue who any of these people were! He opened his mouth to say something when he was rudely interrupted by a loud slamming of the door. Mr. Lockleys once smirking, happy face was now grim. His lips pressed into a thin line, his brow creased in discipline and arrogance.
"Ah, how nice of you to join us Cameron." He said, sarcasm thick in his tone.
Sith! As in, Holy sweet Sith and cheese! That was who I was supposed to be partnering with?! That... Half man, half beast that just ripped the door off it's hinges! I only realized I was shaking in my shoes was when my knee was painfully hitting the bottom of the desk.
1...2...3...4...5678910!!
Some people count when they're angry. I do it when I'm scared because that seems to happen more often, and counting works most of the time. Most of the time...
The 'Cameron' dude waltzed past me and up to the back of the classroom, dumped his bag, sat down and slouched low in his chair.
"Your just in time, Cameron." Mr. Lockley continued, a fake smile plastered on his face as he looked from him to me.
"Cameron, this is your new partner for the semester. Cameron, this is Taliah Bankler. Taliah, Cameron Rein."
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him smile smugly at my obvious discomfort. Cow pat, I thought with a new level of distaste for my new 'partner'. I highly doubted that he'd do any of the work anyway. But I'd rather do the work on my own than interact with him in any way humanly possible.
Cameron opened his mouth but before any words could leave his mouth, the bell rang signaling recess.
"Saved by the bell." I mumbled, he obviously heard though, chuckling behind me as I speed-walked towards the door ready to get away from my cooks teacher and badass, hot partner. I face palmed myself really hard, I can't believe I just thought that! Ugh. Stupid, stupid, stupid! I can't just go around cooing over every decent looking guy I see. I promised myself I wouldn't get a boyfriend until I was twenty-seven. Okay, it was a bit old to only start having boyfriends. But it's better to be safe than sorry right? Right..?
