For my hero, i think you know who you are

My hero is more than beauty, my hero is more than grace

She is the one you'll always think of, when a smile lights up your face

She is the one you'll love forever, whether you know her or not

The one who will fight forever and ever, though you'll think she has never fought

A girl who is so beautiful, you'll think you are asleep

But it's not just her face that's beauty, it's the secrets her eyes keep

My hero is warrior, she will never EVER back down

She'll think shes fallen over, is being dragged by her feet

But, my hero, she can never, not ever, be beat

No matter how much you believe, that you can never be totally okay

She will reach into your heart, and swear you'll find a way

My hero is a weapon, she knows how to channel words

She can find a simple meaning, and make you mean the world

My hero is a genius, her creative mind will never stop

Every step she takes is a poem, in her never ending plot

She is the type of healer, in which i can never be

When I'm missing pieces, she finds and designs new ones... just for me

My hero is EVERYTHING to so many in this world, she finds the hearts of people

Her smile is always heard

Hero, don't stop fighting

You are a physician and my light

You picked me out of darkness you gave me a new life

Hero, I owe you debt, in which not even my soul can repay

So please I beg of you, for when you're not okay...

Whether it's midnight or you just can't find the words
