it had been six days since the incident, and mason, olivia, and ava were still told to stay inside because of a dangerous outbreak. mason and oliva had contacted their parents only to recieve a voicemail, ava had got an answer from her parents to hear her mom sobbing about her husband, before letting out a large scream and telling ava that she had loved her, after that she let out another scream as the phone had hung up. the call had taken place two days ago and ava couldn't get ahold of her parents again. ava and her parents had always had spare food and water in the basement of their home that could last the three of mason, oliva, and her alive for at least a month.
(at first i didn't realize, but month had corrected to year, and there were a lot of confused people, woops.)
