thanksgiving

Sorry guys i havent gotten the 1k story out but im going to publish a thanksgiving and black Friday chapter today. Thanks for the reads guys!!!!

Lizzie's POV

I pull the turkey out of the oven and place it on the stove to cool. I place the ham in the stove and set a timer. I start to walk out of the kitchen and find Sam, Adam, and Jo standing in the door frame. I stop and ask,

"Do i want to know why are you all are standing here?"

Adam shrugs, Jo fiddles with her fingers, and Sam stands there smiling at me. Sam walks over to me, wraps his arms around me, and says,

"Our children are afraid to bother you while you're cooking."

I smile at Jo and Adam. Then Jo says,

" Well you kinda kick us out of the kitchen every time you are cooking."

" Well you are old enough to learn how to cook... What do you think Sam?" I ask Sam. He grins and says,

" We probably should have started teaching them two or three years ago. But better late than never." Jo and Adam step into the kitchen. Jo is wearing a tank top, her favorite flannel and ripped skinny jeans . Adam is wearing a black t shirt , a flannel, and light jeans. I smile and ask ,

" Are you wearing those to dinner? Nevermind it's fine Sam go grab them aprons to keep their clothes clean."
Sam throws the aprons at them as I walk to my shelf of cook books and grab one. I flip to out families favorite recipe and hand it to Jo. I look at Adam and say,

"You and your sister will work together and if you have any questions just ask us."

They nod, grab the ingredients and start following the recipe. I turn to Sam. He grins and I kiss him. When I pull away I ask,

"Who is bringing drinks? What about desserts? Sides? Sam I'm stressing about this. How are we supposed to tell Jo and Adam? Are we telling them today with the family here or before or after or us or my dad or Dean or Cas or Meg or Crowley or... wait what about the other thing when are we going to tell about that? When will they be here again?"
We wraps his arms around me and I turn and wrap my arms around his neck.

" Cas is bringing drinks. I told him he can bring some beer for the adults but to also bring soda for the non heavy drinkers. Dean is bringing two or three pies. Your dad is bringing peanut butter fudge and mashed potatos. Meg is bringing green beans. And I don't know what Crowley is bringing. We should tell them about the thing at the beginning of the meal." I nod and rest my head on his chest. Jo's phone starts to ring and she says,
" Mom would you get that?"
I grab her phone and hit the green button.
" Hello?"

" Hey this is Jace...Mrs.Winchester? "

"Yes. Jo is cooking right now. Are your parents home? I know that they are hunters. Are they okay?"

" Yeah there fine Mrs.Winchester. that's what I called about. They told me this morning that they wouldn't be home today. I was wondering, if you don't mind, if I could come hang out with you and your family. "

I walk into the living room and reply,

" Sure Jace. Just don't tell Jo and Adam about hunters."

" thanks Mrs.Winchester."

" you can come over anytime."

Before I know it everyone seems to show up at once. Once everyone is here, has a plate of food, and sitting out the dinner table Sam and I stand up and Sam says,
" We have an announcement... Lizzie is pregnant."
Everyone smiles. Then we sit and I smile at all of my family sitting together at one table all alive and kinda well.
