Cat Poem

I met this girl named Cat.
She had scars all over her arms
She said she can help the pain go away
And with just one simple thing
She handed me a razor
And smiled before saying "Now cut yourself."
I dragged the blade across my skin
Without a single flinch
I grinned and dragged the blade
Over and over again
For I had just begun
And I will do it all again
I cut on my wrists and on my thighs
When everyone was asleep I cut in the night
I sobbed but nobody heard
Cat was the only one that could take away the pain
Cat never strayed
My cuts grew old
The blood flew out
My faith dropped out
I cut one last cut
Cat had lied
She had tried
To drive me to my grave
And Cat had won
I was now done
Beware of Cat
She seems so nice and clever
But she was filled with lies
She killed me inside
For Cat was my murderer
And she will murder you too.
