Only 13 minutes till my parents came home
I hated being home alone as my anxiety builded up like rocks
My dogs sat by the door twirling in circles so I unlocked the door and let them outside.
I switched the tv on to the news and I almost had an heart attack.

I had to cover my mouth from throwing up. I lived 5 minutes from Jenkins grocery store and I slipped the home phone out of the drawer and dialed my parents number
"Mom and Dad what do I do !" Panic rushed through me

I wanted to hang up how could you not panic at this situation!!!!!
My dads voice boomed through the speakers
"Go in our closet on the left of out shelf and grab our safe. Dial the number 28203 and there should be a gun and a knife. You choose your weapon. Knife is easier to aim and gun is an instant kill "
My heart was racing and I grabbed the gun and loaded it. I saw my cellphone which I got took away but I had no option than to text my parents on it. As I was texting my parents a notification popped up

I couldn't breathe and I felt as my heart would fly out of my chest. I heard a small noise. Click clack scratch. I bet it was my dogs as they were outside and it was only 20 degrees outside.
