I stared at the sky, looking for a star
My eyes were wondering, finding a unique one.
Like my heart searching your love from a far
For only your love makes my heart beat on.
As I am looking up, thinking where my star might be
My eyes landed on a super shiny star.
My heart jumped in glee as a smile escaped my lips
For you, like my star, is so perfect to me.
But then as I am staring at the sky
My brows furrowed, realizing something in my mind
"That may not be a star", I said to my self
For it started to move and blink.
Then it hit me, it was just a plane.
Like your love, it was all fake.
I was there, expecting for your love
But you will never, ever do that.
