                      I whipped my head around to look at the stranger behind me. I quickly jump up and bolt away.

"Wait! Jaxin!It's me Lee!" The stranger calls panting.

I quickly stop and turn to face him as he jogs to me. Now that I have a closer look at him I realize it is Lee. He has the same tan skin, the same brown eyes, and the same dark-brown almost black hair.

"Lee, why did you leave me?" I say with tears in my eyes.

"I didn't want to, but Mom wants to see you." H e says while pulling me into a tight hug.

"When did you get here?" I ask.

"I got here yesterday and I saw you with some guy."

I blushed "Uh, that's Kyle."

"We'll talk about it later, let's go back." He says.

We walked for a bit catching up on life. My brother was 6 years older than me making him nearly 22.

"So what about you Old Man? How's your life?"

"I'm not old and just so you know I'm in college studying to be an aerospace engineer. I also have a lovely girlfriend named Lyndsey." He says smiling especially when he mentions Lyndsey.

"I'll come over sometime."

When we finally walked into the field where the venue was. Kyle immediately ran up to me and lifted me up.

"Oh my god Jax where were you? We were looking everywhere! Who's this?" Kyle said while still holding me.

"Uhm, this is my older brother Lee and I ran into the forest. I'm sorry."

Kyle set me down and started talking to my brother.  I started to walk away and towards Tyla.
 She hadn't noticed me yet and was obviously crying. I hugged her, at first she shoved me then when she noticed it was me she hugged back with tears in her eyes.

"I'm so sorry Ty." I cry.

"Actually we should be sorry." Vic said standing with Mike,Tony, and Jaime.

"It's okay." I say while hugging them.

A day later~

Lee and I are like normal brother and sister and everything is back to normal except for one thing. My mother. She wants to see me today and I know I can't avoid it.

"You ready to go?" Lee asks me.

"Can we delay a couple hours?" I ask him.

"Why you can't hide from her forever." He says " She did abandon you but she is our mother."

"I know I was abandoned and can't hide from her but I need to dye my hair again. This green is looking bad."

"Fine." Lee says while plopping down on the couch and going on his phone.

A few hours later~

My hair is now a light blue on one side and a light pink on the other side and I freaking love it.

"I guess I'm ready to go now." I say nervously.

We both get into Lee's car. On the way we listen to song off my phone him occasionally singing to the songs he had showed me when we were younger. We finally arrive at a nice house in the suburbs of San Diego. Lee unlocks the door and I hesitantly walk in. I'm greeted by a woman maybe in her 40s with brown hair enveloping me in an embrace.

"Jaxin it's been so long." She said with tears in her eyes.

"Yep it's been nearly 8 years since you abandoned me." I say bitterly.

"Darling it's not what you think, let me explain."

"That man wasn't your real father nor was he yours Lee. Your real father had been killed in a car wreck. He was a great man ,your real father. That horrible creature I left you with was your stepfather. At first he was a great person,loving,caring, then he turned into a vicious monster. When I left I could only take one child at a time. I took Lee first because he would understand our situation better than you since you were so young. After a week I went to come take you with us he had said you were killed in a freak accident. We found out only recently that you were alive. I'm so sorry Jax."

I can't handle this. This is too much. I ran out the door and into Lee's car. I don't know how to handle this she thought I was dead. She must've found out when I got adopted by Vic. Why does life do this to me?
