Prologue
Date- November1, 2083.
I woke up to her missing presence, her sweet scent still lingering. I cocked my head, '6:18 am' glared at me in large red numbers. She usually doesn't wake up this early, then again my snoring could have woken her. I tend to snore a lot, and loudly at that, so she sneaks out and sleeps on the couch. I creep down the stairs, the sunrise beamed through the windows, lighting the living room. I check the couch, no sign of her, besides the the missing Peter Pan book i read to her last night. A cool breeze shot a shiver up my spine. Turning shakily i notice the door ajar and letting in the cool whipping air. Off in the distance dazed off into the clear blue ocean, on our old wooden bench, there sat Haidyn. Chuckling at the oddness, i walked towards her.
"Haidyn! What are you doing out here" i shouted to her. An uneven feeling washes over me, like an object in the way of the shore, shifting the current. No response.
'Haidyn?" I reach her, stunned in shock and sadness. Her immobile body sat in silence
